★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, e información de los empleados quería cambiar un cheque pedí información y me dijeron dónde poner los datos para endosarlo y a la mera hora no me lo quisieron recibir que porque los datos no iban ahi comenté que la información me lo habían proporcionado los mismos trabajadores y aún así no quisieron remediar su error, y es hasta la fecha que no e podido cambiar el cheque en ningún banco de BBVA aún así explicando el error.
Very bad attention, and information from the employees I wanted to change a check I asked for information and they told me where to put the data to endorse it and at the mere hour they did not want to receive it because the data was not there I commented that the information had been provided by them workers and still did not want to remedy their error, and to date I have not been able to change the check at any BBVA bank, still explaining the error.
