★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dejan esperando hora y horas y pasan a quien se le da la gana, no te preguntan nada al entrar ni te dicen que te tienes que anotar para pasar. Pésimo servicio.
They leave you waiting for hours and they pass to whoever feels like it, they do not ask you anything when they enter or they tell you that you have to write down to pass. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy lento. No respetan a las personas que vamos llegando a firmarnos. Y los ejecutivos de hacen tontos después de que terminan de atender a alguien. Se llevan horas esperando hasta que se les da la gana atendernos.
Very slow service. They do not respect the people who are coming to sign us. And executives play dumb after they finish serving someone. They have been waiting for hours until they feel like serving us.

They made me wait 3 hours to open an account. Employees are fed up with receiving the same complaints and turn around and leave one person talking. HSBC disrespects customers and employees alike

Claudia y lo pasa sin tomar en cuenta que los demás clientes tengan rato esperando para ser atendidos. Lo dejo a criterio de los demás clientes que tengan la necesidad de hacer algún tramite
