Aplique a un arrendamiento puro y ahi mismo esta la opcion de Vanrenta que es la arrendadora de marcas de lujo. La propuesta económica fue excelente y me dieron un carro con detalles personalizado sin costo extra. Al recibir el auto nuevo le pusieron un moño rosa y hacen toda la explicación previa a usarlo por primera vez. Te ofrecen bebidas y snacks para el festejo. Los asesores conocen a detalle los autos y la agencia esta impecable. Ahi mismo venden refacciones originales, servicio, accesorios y autos seminuevos. Very good deal. I loved my experience of buying my first audi. Apply to a pure lease and there is the option of Vanrenta, which is the leasing company of luxury brands. The budget proposal was excellent and they gave me a car with custom details at no extra cost. Upon receiving the new car they put a pink bow on it and do all the explanation prior to using it for the first time. They offer you drinks and snacks for the celebration. The advisors know the cars in detail and the agency is impeccable. Right there they sell original spare parts, service, accessories and pre-owned cars.
D	Daniel osuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aguas con estos ratas!! llevé mi audi a3 2018 por un sonido raro que estaba haciendo, me dijeron en la agencia que era la unidad de reglaje del árbol de levas un "tornillo" que se había zafado (TE DAN NOMBRES SUPER TECNICOS Y COMPLICADOS), por supuesto super caro según ellos. El costo de la reparación me cotizaban en $19,560.00, como el costo era muy caro decidí solo pagar el diagnostico $2,550. Al final opté por repararlo en otro taller y me costó $500.00 solo era ajustar el tornillo y rellenar medio lt de aceite... solo me hubiera salido en $250.00 sin el relleno de aceite... AGUAS!! Waters with these rats!! I took my 2018 audi a3 because of a strange sound it was making, they told me at the agency that it was the camshaft adjustment unit a "screw" that had come off (THEY GIVE YOU SUPER TECHNICAL AND COMPLICATED NAMES), of course super expensive according to them. The cost of the repair was quoted at $19,560.00, since the cost was very expensive, I decided to pay only $2,550 for the diagnosis. In the end I opted to repair it in another workshop and it cost me $500.00 just to adjust the screw and fill half a liter of oil... it would only have been $250.00 without the oil filling... WATERS!!
C	Christian Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion en ventas excelente, creo que asi deberia de ser. pero lo que es en el area de servicio es muy pesima, creo que la marca es de alta gama y y eso no lo dan en su atencion y seguimiento en esa area, pesimo muy mala experiencia para ser la primera vez!! Excellent sales service, I think that's how it should be. but what is in the service area is very bad, I think the brand is high-end and they do not give it in their attention and follow-up in that area, very bad experience for the first time!

K	Kenji Medina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del área de servicio es un asco! 1ra visita fue por reparación del embrague de mi a3 (garantía) y se tardaron aprox 2 horas y 40 min en la calle probando mi carro supuestamente. 2da visita reparación de la tapa de gasolina (garantía) maltrataron la pintura de mi carro y solo me dijo que esas cosas pasan y no se hacen responsables… UN ASCO! The attention from the service area is disgusting! The 1st visit was to repair the clutch of my a3 (warranty) and it took about 2 hours and 40 minutes on the street supposedly testing my car. 2nd visit repair of the gas cap (warranty) they mistreated the paint of my car and he only told me that these things happen and they are not responsible... A disgust!

They promise to call next day (Saturday) never happened.. needed to call them by my self on monday because they forgot.. then no one informed about the process and how everything is going. I always needed to call them to check up if they can finish everything on time but of course it was delayed for 2days for some reason. We came to pick it up and stayed in dealer shop for 2hours just to pay and pick up our car.. worst experience ever
