En cuanto al auto y financiamiento realmente estoy satisfecha, sorprendida de lo accesible y bueno que es con respecto al mercado actual. No es la primera que compro un auto, pero si es la primera vez que recibo un auto nuevo con las placas en las manos y los tornillos para que yo lo haga. Además debo de regresar una segunda vez la agencia pues la palanca del asiento se desprende, la primera fue x que me tuvieron que corregir la colocación de la película anti asalto y ahora x la palanca. Esto no hubiera pasado si realmente se hubiera cuidado y esmerado en revisar el auto antes de entregarlo . No llevo con el ni un mes...
Y la impresión que me dejó de ponga sus placas y que tuviera que esperar para que movieran los autos para que sacara el mío. Me hace ver que realmente para esta agencia el cliente no es lo importante.

No hagan ningún trato con estas personas y si pueden no en esta agencia. Por supuesto que levantaré mi demanda contra la agencia y contra estas personas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un desastre estos carros Audi, fui a averiguar por el nuevo A3 Sline que tendría un costo aproximado de 780000 pesos y que viene sin nada de electrónica (trae lo básico que ya cualquier Kia te ofrece por ejemplo), les pregunté a ellos porque el A3 cuesta 100000 pesos más que la RAV4 híbrida (incluso 100K más que el Seat Formentor) que tiene lejos más funciones electrónicas de seguridad para el conductor que el A3 Sline y no supieron responder, no voy a pagar un plus de dinero por una marca que supuestamente es premium solamente porque tiene terminados de cuero y un tablero con terminados discutibles, lo mismo fue para el caso del A5 que tenían en exposición, sin nada de electrónica y pagas 1 millón... para mi caso personal Audi ya no es premium en estas condiciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría darles una opinión respecto a su servicio pero no puedo ya que llegue 20 minutos antes de su horaa de cierre a pedir informes de una camioneta y ya no me dejaron entrar. Solo enviaron al guardia con una tarjeta y sin explicación del porqué no podian atenderme. Me pareció un gesto grosero y por esto les doy tan baja calificación.
