Fui para checar un problema con los audífonos de mi madre y la atención del personal desde la entrada a la tienda es excelente. Todas muy amables e inmediatamente atendieron a mi mamá que es una mujer de 87 años con total delicadeza y con las medidas de seguridad y distancia adecuadas(debido a la pandemia). La cabina que tienen es perfecta para las audiometrías y ad hoc al tamaño del local. Los precios si bien no son baratos (estos aparatos nunca lo son) por lo menos están dentro del rango que se pueden decir moderados, adicionalmente a que puedes realizar pago con tarjeta de crédito y a meses sin intereses. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, muy profesionales. This store pleasantly surprised me. I went to check a problem with my mother's hearing aids and the attention of the staff from the entrance to the store is excellent. All were very kind and immediately attended to my mother, who is an 87-year-old woman, with total delicacy and with the appropriate security and distance measures (due to the pandemic). The booth they have is perfect for audiometry and ad hoc to the size of the room. The prices, although they are not cheap (these devices never are) at least they are within the range that can be said to be moderate, in addition to the fact that you can make payment with a credit card and months without interest. En ningún lugar habían dado seguimiento con tanto esmero a la atención de mi mamá como aquí. Mi recomendación más amplia. The audiometry staff is highly trained for the care of the elderly, the devices they offer are of excellent quality and state-of-the-art technology.
