In 2016 we took my grandmother because she already had a very serious deafness, they sold us for 50,000 pesos 2 devices (25,000 each) that had a lifetime guarantee and that according to them would last the rest of her life. Which was a big lie, because last year the devices began to fail despite the fact that we always took them to maintenance and we had all the care, we went to get a solution and they came up with the joke that the new maintenance was going to come out. in 8,000 thousand pesos but that maintenance was going to have to be done every year, in addition, those extra 8,000 pesos were not covered by the lifetime guarantee, so every year we would have to continue paying that amount so that the devices would continue to work. After that we bought some devices on Amazon that cost 1200 a pair (600 each), I did not have much hope that they would work because my grandmother's deafness was serious and oh surprise! They worked and even better than the audiotech ones (according to my grandmother), they are also rechargeable so now we don't spend on batteries. My recommendation is that you review all the options on the market and do not create audiotech's "lifetime warranty" policy.
