★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los Aparatos adquiridos aquí fueron de poca utilidad, muy caros y además no dan factura. Uno la tiene que descargar en línea pero no dan suficiente orientación para personas poco familiarizadas con este proceso. Considero que deben dar factura física al momento de hacer el pago y si se hace en línea están obligados a descargar la factura y entrgarla.
 The devices purchased here were of little use, very expensive and also did not give an invoice. One has to download it online but they do not give enough guidance for people unfamiliar with this process. I consider that they must provide a physical invoice at the time of making the payment and if it is done online they are obliged to download the invoice and deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, todo el día solicité que me comunicarán con la (s) persona (s) encargada de facturación y me dejaron esperando y a la quinta llamada me dan dos correos que los rebota el mismo sistema, tome el correo que viene en su página y sucede lo mismo.
Terrible service, all day I requested that they communicate me with the person (s) in charge of billing and they left me waiting and on the fifth call they give me two emails that the same system bounces, take the email that comes on your page and the same thing happens.
