Servicio pesimo.
Y se demoró 2 semanas para un problema sencillo.
Y me cobraron mucho mas de lo normal y querian cobrarme más (encontraron otro problemas después del problema inicial) peró cambié de taller y se aregló rapido (querian cobrarme para la misma cosa 10k mxn más).
No recomiendo !!!!!

And it took 2 weeks for a simple problem.
And they charged me much more than normal and they wanted to charge me more (they found another problem after the initial problem) but I changed the shop and it was fixed quickly (they wanted to charge me 10k mxn more for the same thing).
I do not recommend !!!!!

Mi auto lleva más de un mes y resulta que siguen sin llegar refacciones y cuando hablo a la aseguradora me dicen que ya fueron recibidas por el taller. En fin, no ha Sido una buena experiencia y espero que cuando me entreguen mi auto pueda cambiar la impresión que hasta el momento tengo de ese taller

1. Dos personas para recibirlo (casi 1 hora para revisarlo y tomar fotos)
2. No pintaron bien la facia, la pintura se sentía áspera, estaba opaca y con burbujas en la zona de los faros
3. Les urge que les firmes la salida del vehículo sin darte al menos 20 minutos para que te expliquen qué le hicieron
4. Dejas el auto de nueva cuenta y se molestan porque les haces ver sus errores
5. Sigo a la espera de que pinten la facia, ya les contaré cómo queda.
Primera y última vez que voy a ese lugar
NO LO RECOMIENDO.

1. Two people to receive it (almost 1 hour to check it and take photos)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALISIMO, Ni por error ingresen su auto ahí, ingrese mi auto por recomendación de mi aseguradora, no acepte su cotización y al siguiente día lo retire. Se supone que solo habían hecho diagnostico y cuando me lo entregaron mi cajuela ya no abría y en el diagnostico en la agencia encontraron que la falla fue totalmente diferente a la que diagnosticaron en Dr. Auto, adicional encontraron que se corto un arnés (el cual cuasta aprox 15mil pesos) cabe mencionar que el auto anteriormente solo había sido manipulado en la agencia y este fue el primer taller fuera de la agencia al cual lo ingresamos.
