ME DIERON UN VALE PARA UNAS CALCAS DE LAS PUERTAS QUE ME ARREGLARON Y SE TARDARON OTRO MES. HOY VOY POR FIN A QUE SE LAS PUSIERAN, YA QUE LA SRITA. CHEYLA ME DIJO QUE YA HABÍAN LLEGADO POR FIN Y RESULTÓ QUE INGRESÉ MI COCHE HOY 29 DE SEPTIEMBRE A LAS 10:30. EL HOMBRE QUE LO RECIBIÓ ME DIJO QUE YA LO HABÍA PASADO Y ESTABAN TRABAJANDO EN ÉL. LE PREGUNTÉ CUÁNTO SE TARDABA Y NO ME SUPO DAR RAZÓN. DIJO QUE ESTABAN TRABAJANDO EN EL COCHE. DESPUES DE APROXIMADAMENTE HORA Y MEDIA LE PREGUNTÉ SI YA ESTABA Y ME DIJO QUE IBA A PREGUNTAR. LE RESPONDIERON POR EL RADIO QUE DESDE UN PRINCIPIO LE HABÍAN DICHO QUE NO HABÍAN LLEGADO LAS CALCAS QUE CHEYLA HABÍA DICHO QUE YA HABÍAN LLEGADO Y QUE LE DIJERAN AL CLIENTE QUE EL DÍA DE HOY NO ESTARÍA. ME DIJO QUE FUERA HABLAR CON CHEYLA. FUI A HABLAR Y LE DIJE QUE DURANTE TODO EL MES QUE ME DIJO QUE HABLARA PARA VER SI YA HABÍAN LLEGADO, EL VIERNES ME DIJO QUE PODÍA IR EL LUNES. PERDI MI TIEMPO, PASE UN MUY MAL RATO Y ME ENTREGARON EL COHE HASTA LAS 19:00 HRS. SIN LAS CALCAS DEL COCHE Y NI SIQUIERA LES MERECÍ EL LABADO DEL CHOCHE. ¡¡¡PESIMO SERVICIO!!! AWFUL PLACE. IT TAKEN A MONTH TO GIVE ME THE CAR AND IT WAS BAD. THEY GAVE ME A VOUCHER FOR SOME DECALS ON THE DOORS THAT FIXED ME AND TAKEN ANOTHER MONTH. TODAY I'M FINALLY GOING TO PUT THEM ON, AS THE MISS. CHEYLA TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD ALREADY FINALLY ARRIVED AND IT TURNED INTO MY CAR TODAY, SEPTEMBER 29 AT 10:30. THE MAN WHO RECEIVED IT TOLD ME THAT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN THROUGH IT AND THEY WERE WORKING ON IT. I ASKED HIM HOW LONG IT TAKEN AND I DIDN'T BE ABLE TO BE REASONED. HE SAID THEY WERE WORKING IN THE CAR. AFTER APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR AND A HALF I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS ALREADY AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO ASK. THEY WERE ANSWERED THROUGH THE RADIO THAT FROM THE BEGINNING THEY HAD TOLD HIM THAT THE DECALS THAT CHEYLA HAD SAID HAVE ALREADY ARRIVED HAD NOT ARRIVED AND THAT THEY TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT TODAY IT WOULD NOT BE ABOUT. TOLD ME TO TALK TO CHEYLA. I WENT TO TALK AND I TOLD HIM THAT FOR THE WHOLE MONTH THAT HE TOLD ME TO TALK TO SEE IF THEY HAD ALREADY ARRIVED, ON FRIDAY HE TOLD ME THAT I COULD GO ON MONDAY. I LOST MY TIME, I WAS A VERY BAD TIME AND THE COHE GIVEN ME UNTIL 19:00 HRS. WITHOUT THE DECALS OF THE CAR AND NOT EVEN DESERVED THE WASHING OF THE CHOCHE. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Lleve un deportivo convertible, me ofrecieron restaurar el techo de lona y lo arruinaron por completo!!!! me pintaron una defensa y el tono no es el mismo. Ya pulido se disimula pero en el sol se ve mucho el cambio de color. Y lo peor. El dia que saque el auto, lo deje estacionado menos de 15 minutos en la calle y me le robaron auto partes. Dimos con el ladrón y me informo que alguien del lugar de detallado puso un gps para rastrear el carro y robarse las partes. De lo peor!!! Terrible place. Don't go. For the price you expect good service. I brought a convertible sports car, they offered to restore the canvas roof and they totally ruined it !!!! they painted me a defense and the tone is not the same. Already polished it is concealed but in the sun the color change is very visible. And the worst. The day I took the car out, I left it parked on the street for less than 15 minutes and auto parts were stolen from me. We found the thief and he informed me that someone from the detail site put a GPS to track the car and steal the parts. Of the worst!!!

Para solo sacar y entregar el coche tardaron 2 horas y media, avisándoles que sacaríamos el coche y la hora. Son un fiasco. No tienen personal. Lo único decente son sus chicas de recepción Sara se merece un premio porque hizo hasta lo imposible para que no me desesperara más de lo que ya estaba. A two-day arrangement was contemplated at 5 weeks. I asked for a better valuation and payment of damages. Just to take out and deliver the car it took 2 and a half hours, notifying them that we would take the car out and the time. They are a dud. They don't have staff. The only decent thing is their reception girls Sara deserves an award because she did everything possible so that I didn't get more desperate than I already was.
