★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aire acondicionado goteando todo el camino sobre mi y de regreso llegamos 4 minutos antes de la hora de salida del autobús y resulta que ya se había ido hacía Aguascalientes. Llame para reclamar y no me resolvieron nada, solo me ofrecían regreso hasta dos semanas después. PÉSIMO.
Deberían dar un papel donde indique la hora de encuentro por que si no solo pueden mentirte y no hay manera de comprobar que tú estuviste a tiempo.
Air conditioning leaking all the way on me and back we arrived 4 minutes before the bus departure time and it turned out that it had already left for Aguascalientes. I called to claim and they did not solve anything, they only offered me a return up to two weeks later. APPALLING.
They should give a paper indicating the meeting time because if not they can only lie to you and there is no way to verify that you were on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay protocolos covid, manejan a velocidad excesiva y no nos dejan en la puerta del hotel como dicen, al menos en el destino a Sayulita.
Cuando subimos a la unidad no hubo toma de temperatura, nadie nos proporcionó alcohol para las mano, no se aseguraban que todos tuvieran su cubrebocas, y el autobús lleno así que no había sana distancia.
Sería bueno que en su publicidad agregaran ese detalle de Sayulita
There are no covid protocols, they drive at excessive speed and they do not drop us off at the hotel door as they say, at least at the Sayulita destination.
When we went up to the unit there was no temperature measurement, no one provided us with alcohol for our hands, they did not make sure that everyone had their face masks, and the bus was full so there was no healthy distance.
It would be good if they added that detail of Sayulita in their advertising

No te mandan en los autobuses ni horario que te prometen, nos mandarón en un autobús horrible nos acercamos con la persona que registra a pedirle si nos podía cambiar de unidad y muy déspota contesto que no, NI SIQUIERA INTENTO AYUDARNOS, eso no es servicio al cliente PESIMOOOO, NO LOS RECOMIENDO!!

SCARY BUSES
They do not send you on the buses or schedule that they promise, they sent us in a horrible bus, we approached the person who registered to ask him if he could change our unit and very despotic, he answered no, I DON'T EVEN TRY TO HELP US, that is not service to the PESIMOOOO customer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!
