★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí al servicio de paquetería y me dijeron que el envío llegaba al día siguiente y ha pasado una semana sin que llegara. Pésima atención por parte de la persona que da la información. Hay otras paqueterías mejor intenten evaluar las otras y no con esta.

Cuando intenté mandarlo por cobrar a Zacatlán, le dijeron que ese servicio no estaba disponible y que tenía que pagar yo en efectivo el envío, lo cual me dolió porque era una garantía que pagaría el proveedor. Creo que tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad. No aceptan tarjeta por lo que todo pago debe ser en efectivo, por lo pronto en la sucursal de Observatorio en la paquetería Envía. Asimismo, no me gustó que no aceptarán tarjeta ya me dio un poco de desconfianza la insistencia del personal para que no utilizara el servicio por cobrar y que pagara en efectivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta inversión a la terminal, tienen problemas con los vagabundos, duermen al interior de la misma en el suelo, eso da mala imagen, aconsejo llegar previo a tu viaje, pero no con mucho tiempo de anticipación, no es un lugar agradable del todo. Costa Line esta renovando su flota de autobuses, con el servicio no hay problema.
