★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un servicio terrible, cómo se nota que no capacitan a su gente y que las seleccionan al "ahí se va" Y lo peor es que no les puedo decir esto mediante un correo de atención o un 01800. Están mal, hace años que deje usarlos (cuando estudiaba) pero me enviaron un paquete por su servicio y cuando llamo para preguntar si ya me había llegado la tipa que contestó ni las buenas tardes da y todavía me reclama que sí porque le doy ese número de guía si ella "aún no llega a ese folio" Yo no tengo porqué saber sus manejos interno, yo trabajo en servicio al cliente y se contesta de diferente manera, la más mínima amabilidad hace la diferencia.
Si estás pensando en viajar en la región no son tu opción porque averigüé que siguen llevando gente parada en los pasillo. Gracias!

En lo particular, lo he usado en corridas locales, Navojoa - Cd. Obregón y viceversa.
Cuenta con autobuses bien equipados, con baño, aire acondicionado y tv.
El personal es responsable y te da la confianza de que vas a viajar seguro.
Las corridas son cada media hora y no tarda uno en tomar su autobús; por ese motivo muchas personas los preferimos, porque no perdemos tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantan, son los únicos autobuses que si vas al aeropuerto de Obregón, te bajan enfrente del mismo sobre la carretera, y solo caminas unos 10min para llegar, otros no hacen eso te llevan hasta la ciudad de Obregón y de ahí tienes que regresar al aeropuerto y pagar más de $200 de taxi
