★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué falta de profesionalismo. No tienen andén propio en la terminal de Taxqueña y pasan al autobús de la otra compañía primero aunque nuestro boleto era 5 minutos antes que ellos. Salimos 20 minutos tarde, completamente inaceptable. Mejor compren ADO porque les van a dar preferencia y por el mismo precio.
What a lack of professionalism. They do not have their own platform in the Taxqueña terminal and they go to the bus of the other company first, although our ticket was 5 minutes before them. We left 20 minutes late, completely unacceptable. Better buy ADO because they will give you preference and for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente la atención brindada, en temporadas especiales ofertan promociones para estudiantes con un descuento del 50%, es cierto que la terminal es pequeña, pero es un punto más practico para los que somos del sur de la ciudad, evitamos ir hasta la TAPO. Para mi estrella roja de Puebla, es uno de los mejores servicios que he usado, además de la buena atención, autobuses cómodos y fácil llegada a la terminal.
The service provided is excellent, in special seasons they offer promotions for students with a 50% discount, it is true that the terminal is small, but it is a more practical point for those of us from the south of the city, we avoid going to TAPO. For my red star from Puebla, it is one of the best services I have used, in addition to the good service, comfortable buses and easy arrival at the terminal.
