★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 4 estrellas por la pésima atención que me brindó la taquillera de la parada de Av. 1ero de Mayo, ya que fue mi primera vez viajando con Flecha roja y al preguntarle cuánto sería de 1 adulto y 1 niño no me respondió y simplemente cobró $80 de cada boleto hacia Toluca, siendo el costo real de $40 para niño y $8 para adulto. ?

Terrible service they take time to leave the terminal and seats are not free on 1,2,3,4 it is assumed that the client has the right to centarce wherever he wants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo compré boletos por internet y los pases de intercambio me llegaron un día después del día que yo iba a viajar. Además de eso no me hicieron el reembolso... Y ni los pases de intercambio me dieron. El personal no está capacitado y atienden peor que en un Oxxo o ni siquiera tienen algún protocolo para resolver problemas. Aparte de perder el dinero... Me hicieron perder mi tiempo... Sólo por qué son el único transporte Taxco-toluca... De lo contrario no viajaría con ellos... ???
Too bad I bought tickets online and the exchange passes arrived a day after the day I was going to travel. On top of that they didn't give me a refund... And they didn't even give me the exchange passes. The staff is not trained and they serve worse than in an Oxxo or they don't even have any protocol to solve problems. Apart from losing money... They made me waste my time... Just because they are the only Taxco-Toluca transport... Otherwise I wouldn't travel with them... ???
