Terrible service, yesterday I took my truck to the service of the 10,000 kms, they were supposed to wash the injectors, check the levels, wash the engine and bodywork... they sent me directly to the boxes to pay... and when they checked the vehicle I realized that they did not do any of the above...they had only changed the oil. And when I asked why, the adviser told me that the washing machine had broken down, which was not true, the person in charge of washing injectors also approached me, who tried to deceive me by saying that they washed the injectors below the unit. that's why there was no sign of having washed them from the top... I asked for the service manager to claim him, but they told me that he was in a meeting and that I couldn't see him. $4,200.00 for a service that they do not give you and also they want to deceive you assuming that you are not going to check anything, I hope everyone who takes their unit to service sees this note so that they realize how thieves they are...in addition to that they contribute to the deterioration of the unit.
