★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegó mi paquete a salvo a Puebla desde Guadalajara, fui de urgencia a recogerlo desde Tehuacán (120kms) porque amenazaban con hacer cargos por almacenaje después de 5 días de recibido. En general buen servicio, aunque a la próxima solicitaré otra empresa de paquetería con más cobertura.
My package arrived safely in Puebla from Guadalajara, I went urgently to pick it up from Tehuacán (120kms) because they threatened to charge for storage after 5 days of receipt. In general, good service, although next time I will request another parcel company with more coverage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, es un concepto viejo y que no le invierten en ninguna mejora. Se ha quedado muy rezagado en éste giro de negocios. Yo lo evitaría, se ve que sigue teniendo clientes por ser económico. Yo preferiría pagar más por un mejor servicio. No aceptan ningún tipo de tarjeta y casi tienes que llevar el pago exacto porque nunca tienen cambio. El personal parece que no le gusta su trabajo y que no recibe ninguna capacitación. Cero preocupación por el cliente.
Very bad service, it is an old concept and they do not invest in any improvement. It has lagged far behind in this line of business. I would avoid it, it is seen that it continues to have clients because it is cheap. I would rather pay more for better service. They do not accept any type of card and you almost have to bring the exact payment because they never have change. The staff seem to dislike their job and do not receive any training. Zero concern for the customer.
