Excellent service is my second Ibiza that I buy here and I have always performed my services at the agency until today I have always left satisfied.

Excellent advisor Corina, friendly, attentive, helpful. The vehicle was delivered in a timely manner.

BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. This "agency" is not reliable, much less serious, it would be the last one that I would recommend to my friends and family; since when wanting to buy a car they do not provide you correctly the requirements to obtain it. The "sellers" are not trained to give correct and reliable information, all because they want to sell or have their voucher. For the purchase, they even asked him for a birth certificate …… so that in the end the purchase would not be finalized for a single document that was not updated. If this is how you treat your potential customers from the start of a purchase…. Imagine what is expected of your customers buying the car. They are not serious about information, from their salespeople to their regional directors… ..they change and manage the information at their convenience. Please think seriously before buying from this agency. The cars are very nice and well priced but their policies and procedures are lousy… too bad. Terrible service and terrible shopping experience.
