Al recoger el vehículo, se me aviso que debía $1,500 más por un "restablecimiento general de la computadora" que, según ellos, era necesario. Eso subió más del 100% el costo del servicio inicial solicitado. Y aún con ese cobro indebido, el vehículo continuó con la falla y no se resolvió nada. Pésimo.
A service was requested and quoted, which was authorized and performed. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was told that I owed an additional $ 1,500 for a "soft reset of the computer" which they claimed was necessary. That raised the cost of the initial service requested more than 100%. And even with that improper charge, the vehicle continued with the failure and nothing was resolved. Appalling.
