★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deben $5,000 pesos de una separación de un Sonata 2017 y vamos para el año, ya hable hab Salvador y estoy teniendo contacto con el gte Eduardo Rdz de la sucursal Margain el vual si me ha contestado el teléfono pero hemos batallado bastante para que nos devuelvan esa separación.
Recibiendo ese dinero de vuelta cambio la calificación, ojalá nos puedan ya devolver ese dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tenia el propósito de comprar un coche el mismo día que acudí a pedir informes y no lo tenían disponible, ya pasaron 2 semanas de insistir por ver el coche que sigue en venta, me atendieron 3 personas diferentes en 3 ocasiones que fui a los diferentes lotes y las tres personas me decían cosas diferentes sobre el paradero del coche. pareciera como si no me lo quisieran vender o que ocultaban algo. Tan sencillo como decir la verdad y no estar jugando con el tiempo de los clientes.
Lousy service, I had the purpose of buying a car the same day I went to ask for reports and they did not have it available, they spent 2 weeks of insisting to see the car that is still for sale, 3 different people attended me on 3 occasions that I went to the different lots and the three people told me different things about the whereabouts of the car. It seems as if they don't want to sell it to me or that they hide something. As simple as telling the truth and not being playing with customers' time.
