C	Cristina Vitar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo les aconsejo no utilizar nunca esta compañía,como turista fue mi mayor decepción malísimo el servicio,dos veces nos cambiaron de transportación porque tenían mal funcionamiento ,muy incompetentes los choferes ,al dueño de la compañía no le importa los servicios que dan ,les recomiendo Tena mucho mejor servicio.
N	Nerea Alegría on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La camioneta sprinter en la que viajé con ellos chocó por que cl chofer manejaba a exceso de velocidad, y aunque le pedimos que bajara la velocidad, no lo hizo, ocasionando un accidente con otros 3 vehículos. Yo tuve un corte en la cara, y la camioneta no traía ningun tipo de botiquín de primero auxilios. La compañía mandó una segunda camioneta a recogernos, que no nos quería llevar al hospital que le solicitamos, y fue sumamente grosero con nosotros. Al día siguiente traté de poner una queja formal con la compañía, y nunca me respondieron los correos. UNA PORQUERÍA DE SERVICIO Y DE ATENCIÓN, SON UNOS IRRESPONSABLES! The sprinter truck in which I traveled with them crashed because the driver was speeding, and although we asked him to slow down, he did not, causing an accident with 3 other vehicles. I had a cut on my face, and the van did not have any type of first aid kit. The company sent a second van to pick us up, which did not want to take us to the hospital we requested, and was extremely rude to us. The next day I tried to file a formal complaint with the company, and they never responded to my emails. A FILTH OF SERVICE AND ATTENTION, THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE!
