★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use them! Unless you want to stay outside of your hotel without transfer and thinking about that you will be late for York flight.
They don’t pick up the phone. They don’t care.
After one hour calling them nonstop, they emailed me that they can’t get a driver for me so it’s Better if I will take a taxi by myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO SCAM YOU. They will be very prompt when getting your money but ignore you once they have it.
I booked a hotel transfer with this company. When you confirm with them they make you pay ahead of time through paypal. I sent them a payment and immediately received an email saying that they only accept credit cards through paypal not a bank transfer so I would have to pay in cash upon arrival and they would refund me once they received that payment. I paid in cash as they requested. The payment was drafted from my account over a month ago and I emailed them after it cleared asking for a refund and was ignored until I contacted them a second time. After the second email they told them would be sending me a refund in 10-20 days. It has now been over a month and I have yet to see my money or heard about from them. I filed a claim with paypal to hopefully get my payment back.
My experience on the return trip was just as bad. I sat outside the hotel lobby as directed and waited for my driver to meet me. After 10 minutes of waiting I tried to call them twice but they did not answer. After 15 minutes I saw a man get out of the van that I had been next to with a Feraltar lanyard on. I stopped him and asked if he was there for me, was told I had no showed and showed me the form he had filled out with my name on it saying I wasn't there. After some back and forth he agreed to take me, but if I had not recognized his lanyard and stopped him on his way to give the concierge the no show form he would have left and I would have missed my flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst transportation company in Mexico. From Cancun to my hotel in Rivera Maya, they let me wait over 45 minutes and tells me that accidents have delayed their vans. The nightmare starts on the departure pick up. I have confirmed with them twice including an email just one day before the departure. They supposed to pick me up at 12:05PM, however we have waited until 12:50PM and their driver doesn't show up. During the time, I have asked the front desk of the resort to make multiple calls to their listed US/Mexico/Local phone number, no one pick up and no response from email too. We have to ask the resort to order an expensive taxi to avoid missing the flight. The company is a fraud. AVOID as you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After using their services several times, this last time was a nightmare. South of Playa was our resort. The pickup was late, and there was nothing to drink in the suv. He stopped at a 7/11 type convenience store without us asking him to to say we can buy drinks if we wanted. We didn't want to. We just wanted to get to our place. I tipped $15 US and got quite a dirty look. When it came time to picking us up they were not there. When I called they said they were 15 minutes away. Then after they did not show up I called again and was told they were 15 minutes away. Then a 3rd time the same thing! I was told traffic was bad in Playa. We ended up having the resort call us a taxi which we had to pay $100 (included tip) to RUSH us there to make the flight. Turns out there was a sinkhole in the road and traffic was very bad. Had they just told us they would not be able to make it then we could have leisurely paid for the taxi and not been stressed out. Once I got back I had to FIGHT with the company to get refunded half my money back as we prepaid in advance. We VERY nearly missed the flight back. I never even received a reply when I called to speak to teh manager, no apology-I'll never use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gustavo Huerta brought us from the airport to the hotel in cancun and he was AMAZING! He gave us some recommendations on where to go eat and gave us his personal number Incase we had any questions.
The day before returning to the US I realized the time I chose for pickup was not a good one to catch our flight. I called Gustavo and he resolved our issue and adjusted the time for us! I am so grateful he was very personable and caring. I would recommend this company and will use them when we come back to Cancun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used them for 7 trips to Mexico the last few(4) have gotten bad, the last one will be my last time using them. The last 3 times we have not had anyone waiting for us, there are no men in signs, no area where they are stationed. When I asked the other guys with signs they would tell me to go to the yellow building. Our last trip took the representative over 1 hour to find us and then there was no transport waiting for us we had to wait another 45 minutes for one to show up. Our total wait time at the airport after luggage was 2 hours. They are over booking and the folks that are waiting no longer have a shirt that stands out. Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to reach them to discuss flight change and now have reached them by email. They have responded quickly and will update this review again if they actually pick up us at the Cancun Airport tomorrow.
UPDATE: my airlines cancelled my flight 2 days in a row. Feraltar worked with me and found me at Cancun airport 90min after my flight arrived as stated. We traveled to Playa del Carmen in a clean van with a great driver. We then ordered a van to pick us up on Saturday and they arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Great service! Highly recommended. Hope everyone has the experienced with Feraltar that we had.
