★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al menos en Hermosillo, la mejor línea de autobuses, puntuales dentro de lo que cabe, personal de taquilla y operadores amables, algunas unidades tienen problemas con el entrenamiento a bordo (la tablet no funcióna o se traba, no funciona la toma eléctrica), pero en general lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el servicio que brindan tanto personal en taquilla como choferes, incluyo tambien al personal de ayuda que carga y descarga tu maleta, en lo personal tengo dos años seguidos viajando con ellos y no he tenido inconvenientes.
La app o plataforma en internete para comprar tu boleto es una forma rapida y sencilla, me toco viajar cn una nueva modalidad, pase sin hacer fila, solo muestras el screenshot (foto captura de pantalla) al chofer y listo.
Los autobuses con perfil platinum son muy comodos, elegantes y tienes tu propia tablet en el respaldo del asiento, puedes mirar peliculas, escuchar musica, jugar entre otras actividades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor de tufesa son sus gran número de salidas pero le falta mucho a su central para ser agradable por el gran número de viajeros que pasan por ahí deberían de tener más consideraciones respecto a las comodidades que ofrecen puesto que las que tienen son muy básicas y la actitud de sus empleados distan mucho de la atención que brinda etn que es el estándar en autobuses tendrían que tener mucha actitud para mejorar desde su limpieza, baños ,asientos y estacionamiento aún así es la mejor opción para viajar rápido.
