★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en general fue bueno y los precios accesibles, pero la capacidad de reacción ante contratiempos fue lenta. Mi recomendación es que se aseguren obtener algún teléfono de los administradores o alguien con capacidad de toma de decisión y no se esperen a las respuestas de los chóferes o guías ya que en mi experiencia de 3 camiones fallaron 2. Fue de regreso y carecían de herramienta suficiente por lo que pasaroon 5 horas en los intentos de reparación y fue hasta que varios pasajeros nos inconformamos y decidieron mover el camión que si funcionaba y enviar otros a recoger al resto de pasajeros.
 The service in general was good and the prices were affordable, but the ability to react to setbacks was slow. My recommendation is that they make sure they get some phone from the administrators or someone with decision making ability and do not wait for the answers of the drivers or guides since in my experience 3 trucks failed 2. It was back and they had no tool enough for what happened 5 hours in the repair attempts and it was until several passengers we disagreed and decided to move the truck if it worked and send others to pick up the rest of passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Híjole, es un servicio "local" con muchas paradas en distintos puntos donde sube y baja gente. Hicimos algo así como 5 horas de Creel a Chihuahua (hubo una caravana de partidos políticos). El autobus es "cómodo", pero hay que estar consciente de que es un servicio local, con todo lo que eso implica. Personalmente, buscaría otro medio de transporte si repitiera ese trayecto.
Híjole, it is a "local" service with many stops at different points where people get on and off. We did something like 5 hours from Creel to Chihuahua (there was a caravan of political parties). The bus is "comfortable", but you have to be aware that it is a local service, with all that that implies. Personally, I would look for another means of transport if I repeated that journey.

Use su servicio para un viaje largo y todo muy bien.
Pero el camión que me toco no tenía buen funcionamiento de las pantallas, no facilitaron la contraseña del WiFi a los pasajeros y seria de mayor comodidad puertos de carga.
Fast and efficient.
Use your service for a long trip and all very well.
But the truck that I touched did not have good functioning of the screens, they did not provide the Wi-Fi password to the passengers and it would be more convenient for charging ports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajamos de chihuahua a Divisadero y de regreso. En el viaje de regreso el chofer nos advirtió que “por la temporada haríamos más paradas de las normales para apoyar a la comunidad, pero que NO LLEVARÍAMOS PASAJEROS DE PIE…”.
Resultado: terminamos con 8 personas de pie (una de ellas casi sentada en mis piernas) y peor, mucha gente sin cubrebocas.
We traveled from Chihuahua to Divisadero and back. On the return trip, the driver warned us that "during the season we would make more stops than normal to support the community, but that WE WOULD NOT TAKE PASSENGERS STANDING ...".
Result: we ended up with 8 people standing (one of them almost sitting on my lap) and worse, many people without masks.
