Pagamos por ida y vuelta en un suv suburban o similar nos recogieron en el aeropuerto todo perfecto pero de regreso nos recoguieron en un van le explicamos al conductor y le mostramos nuestro recibo de que habiamos pagado por un suv pero nadie le importo ni hicieron nada. MUY MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE

Had 2 pick up in one day. First person had to wait 90mins to be able to get a car to leave airport, the second waited for 2 hours and staff disappeared. Had to book another company to take me to hotel. No one will answer the phone. Call 11 times. Awful service.

I am convinced the departure driver scammed us. He picked us up at our hotel Villa De Palmar and then we went to another hotel nearby and picked up more customers. This wasn’t a big deal. He then departed for the airport. After a long time I noticed we were in the hotel zone. This didn’t make any sense to me as this is not the most direct route to the airport. When I asked the driver, he told me traffic was bad which didn’t make sense to go the long was around and through the tourist populated area to avoid traffic??? When we arrived at the airport, there wasn’t much time left before our flight. The driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal and immediately took off. His friends were there waiting for us and charged us $30 USD to go the short distance to the other terminal. It was obviously a scam the driver had worked out with his taxi friends at the airport. He intentionally forced us to be crushed for time so we wouldn’t have time to look for other options. The bad part was I tipped him when he dropped us off before realizing his scam. We arrived in Cancun and had our airport transportation prebooked. They loaded us I. The back of a van that was already pretty full and I had to sit separate from my wife. The air conditioning vents in the back were broken and it was extremely uncomfortable. I attempted to call the customer service number to report this directly to them. However, when I called, I got disconnected.

Your hotel will probably tell you you can use these guys to get to and from the hotel but it’s not worth it. A taxi is likely the same cost and is available on demand at any resort and you don’t have to leave for the airport a ridiculous 3 hours early. I booked my round trip to and from the resort with these guys and they forgot to send someone to get me for my departing flight and instead told me to just get a cab rather than sending someone out. Round trip cab would have been easier and cheaper
