Booked through Trip Advisor (recommended). Some others on our trip booked with their hotel and were uninformed on additional pricing. They emailed us about a week prior to our tour date with logistics and we had a 7:45 am call time. We had to call at 7:50 to make sure we didn't miss our bus and they insured us 10 more minutes. Sure enough, a van pull up about 5 minutes later with another couple in the van. We picked up one additional couple and was then off to our meeting point. The drive is about an hour long and we stopped at their "hub" like meeting point since our driver was not our tour guide for the day. They offered restrooms, coffee, seating (hammocks and benches), and a foosball table. About 5-10 minutes later Amet Garcia called us to join his tour. Amet explains our schedule for the day as well as passes out wristbands for Tulum. Of we go to Tulum Archaeological Zone (20-minute ride). We were greeted by another gentleman who is our tour guide for the site. He gave around an hour tour and then let us explore and take pictures for an additional hour. In the provided wristbands was a bus ride from the parking lot to the site. Would recommend that you give yourself around 20 minutes to make it from the Archaeological Zone to the parking lot. It's about .5 miles. The bus will wait until it's more full to take off. You also have the option to walk. We then proceeded back north to the Aventuras Mayas campsite. Amet was great and took us on a roller coaster ride in the van with "Welcome to the Jungle" playing as we drove through the rough terrain with speed. They gave us lockers to store our stuff while we were there for the rest of the excursion. Lunch consisted of roasted chicken and pork, rice, beans, mashed potatoes, and a mini salad bar. The food alone was 5 stars! The ATVs we're amazing. This was our 5th time ATVing and we never experienced a trail like this. ATVs are fully automatic with an available hand break for all 4 wheels. Honey and I chose the single rider option but there was an option for doubles. The ATV insurance is an extra $15 USD per ATV or $25 USD for 1 ATV with 2 drivers. You must be at least 16 to drive and 8 to ride as a passenger. Would recommend purchasing insurance as our ATVs scrapped a few times on the rough terrain. When we finished with the ATVs we went back to change to get in the cenote. Would recommend water shoes as the walk there and back is gravel and there are some sharp rocks in the cenote. They provided mini snorkel gear and a small life vest for advanced swimmers or a larger "floating" life jacket for beginners or inexperienced swimmers. Advanced swimmers can use their snorkel gear to view more of the cave that is underwater. Amet was a great guide taking us through the cenote and explaining the history and type of rocks. You have to watch your feet and head in these things the rocks creep up on you. The tour was short ( ~10 minutes) and you will have a limited time to swim and explore the cenote yourself. We changed clothes in their changing stations and went and looked at our pictures. Pictures are 2 for 25 or they email you the whole album for $45 within 24 hours of purchase. The album consisted of 20+ pictures therefore we opted for that whole album option. From there we were bussed back to our respective hotels. Overall would recommend. They do kind of rush you by giving you only 5 minutes to change or switch activities.

I was very impressed with this tour company and had an absolute blast! Very good value for money in my opinion. We did the Mayan adventure (snorkelling) where you visit a denote, underground/cave cenote and the lagoon/inlet. First of all, our guide, Victor, was excellent. Very friendly and kept us going without ever hurrying or rushing. He also helped those out who were less comfortable with swimming and gave those of us more confident advice on where to find the fish. Victor arrived promptly and was a great driver. Our first stop was the open cenote. Our little group (9 people) had it to ourselves for a while. We were able to snorkel, cliff jump and zipline into the water. The second stop (a short walk away) was a cave cenote. It is very cool to experience. They have some lighting above and underwater which illuminates the shape of the cave. You also have a flashlight. There is few fish but it was still interesting to snorkel. I got quite cold (water is 25 degrees but no sun) so I'd recommend a rash guard if you tend to get cold. Lunch was really delicious! Then we were back in the van to the lagoon/inlet. We saw tons of fish and had lots of time to explore. We love snorkelling and really enjoyed this tour. Victor was excellent and the tour company was very good to deal with. Definitely recommend! They have lockers to store everything. The van was clean and had seatbelts and AC. Photographers do take some pictures but they're very expensive ($20USD for a photo, $25 for a few and I think $45 for them all?). We didn't purchase due to the price (we only wanted one) but there wasn't any pressure.

Good tour overall. Tulum guide gave enough info to learn about area, ATVs we’re fun but $15 extra insurance should not be an option and included if this is an issue. We can’t control the people behind you so I would have to pay if they hit me? Cenote swim was just enough. Zip lines were ok but not as good as Fuego we did two days before. Food could have been better was pretty basic boring. If they can up the food it would be a better place. Also the road to place is unpaved and bumpy. People were friendly so they got my 4 stars. People make or break your day on holidays .

The value of our tour was excellent, and the scope of knowledge of the guide was amazing. Mario elevated our experience of Chichen-Itzá with his patient and passionate storytelling. I would invest in the cost of this tour to enlighten your perspective of Mexican culture. Many of the tours include lunch and time in a cenote. Our experience is pictured here. You have to see it for yourself!

We had a great day using this tour company. We visited the Tulum ancient ruins, hopped on ATVs through the jungle, and swam through a breathtaking cenote! Lunch was included and transportation was on time and reliable. The ATV trail was also beginner friendly and lifevests are provided for the cenote if you’re not the best swimmer. Thank you Manual, Obet, and Flash for your professionalism, knowledge, laughs, and for the unforgettable day!!!

Had an Awesome time in the closed cenotes, riding the ATV and visiting the Tulum Ruins. Our guide was Alfredo. He was friendly, punctual and super knowledgeable about everything he told us. We enjoyed our time for sure and can't wait to come back.

An out of this world experience! We had a blast swimming with the fish, the ziplining and swimming in the underground cave! One of the best parts and what really made the experience very memorable was our tour guide, Johnathan. He made everyone very comfortable on all of the excisions. Definitely make sure you try to get him if you go!

We had an AMAZING time on this snorkeling adventure trip! The cenotes were even better than I imagined. Absolutely loved going into the cave which I was nervous about. Snorkeling in the inlet was the absolute best way to end our day. We got to see two sea turtles!! I am beyond happy that we selected this tour. Plus our guide, Bum Bum, so fun and knowledgeable - he really made the day so special. Our family group of 10 between the ages of 9 and 60 yrs all loved it and thought it might have been the best part of our whole trip.
