I really enjoyed this trip! We booked through Viator, and didn't really know what to expect. I was blown away! The group was small so we could all easily participate and enjoy the sites. Mariano our guide speaks fluent English and Spanish, and is patient and accommodating to participants that needed extra help with swimming and other activities,and still allowed the rest of us to enjoy the trip just as much. Fernando the photographer is a pro! I was skeptical about purchasing photos but after I saw them, I believe it is well worth the price (not too much $$) The cenote blew me away!!! It was so quiet and private, it was really a special experience. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to enjoy the unique experience of underwater caves in the Mayan Riviera! Thanks so much to our guide and driver who took very good care of us all.

This was a great tour. Our guide JP was awesome. He helped us feel comfortable and we loved his commentaries and education. We had a group of 6 people. It was all very smooth and he let us know what to expect. The lunch and snacks were good quality food. We were disappointed that there were no pictures for purchase this day and we were unable to bring our cameras to the ocean or the cinotes. So unfortunately no pictures to commemorate either of these experiences. Bring a waterproof camera and natural zinc sunscreen! Otherwise you will get fried! Good memories and a great experience overall!

We had a blast!! We did the sea turtle and cenote tour. Our family had the most amazing time! JP was our guide and Stephanie (I may be wrong) was our photographer, they exceeded our expectations on this tour. Book with them! You will not regret it!

Our guide Nico was absolutely incredible! We had a group of 8, including a family member who is disabled. He went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed and made the experience super enjoyable for everyone. The mayan ruins were beautiful, the snorkeling was really fun but the highlight was absolutely the authentic lunch and cenote swimming. I have never seen anything like that in my entire life. It was totally stunning. Highly recommend!!! Thank you again Nico!!!!

We did the 3 in 1 combo. Sarah our Guide and Emilio our Driver were amazing. Sarah is super super friendly and professional. She took care of us very well and I felt like I was in good hands with her. The coral reef is the second biggest reef in the world but don’t think that you will see colourful corals. They are dying cause of us and the global warming. This tour is just perfect like everyone is reviewing here. Big highlight was for me the cenot in the cave.

Sara was such a great tour guide and offered so much more than the tour description stated. She was funny and very knowledgeable. Loved visiting the archeological zone and snorkeling was amazing. The boat and ride out to the cenote were a little choppy for my stomach, but there were great about continually offering water. Lunch was also included in our trip along with photos we could purchase after (very reasonably priced). Would totally take another tour from Sara!

This was an all-day tour; we were the last resort pick-up at 7:45am and the first to be dropped off around 4:30pm. And it was worth every single minute! We started our day at Tulum archaeological site. We were given a tour by one of the on-site guides, and then given about 30 minutes to explore on our own. We were treated to a delicious snack, and then we headed to Playa Maya for some snorkeling! The changing room at the beach is no bueno, so we changed in the van. It would be best to wear your bathing suit from the beginning. There is no sun-screen protection allowed for the protection of the reef, so plan ahead! We wore rashguards to protect our top-half from the sun, and this pale girl did not get burnt! Snorkeling was amazing; we saw a sea turtle, a few stingrays, and lots of fish and little squids! We headed straight to the cenote in the middle of the jungle, and it was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. The cave system is incredible, and the only lights provided were waterproof flashlights, so it felt very natural (We visited other cenotes that were very well-lit, and it didn't feel as "real" as this experience). The facilities at Cenote Imix were impeccable. Bathrooms and changing rooms were outside, but very clean and provided plenty of privacy. Lunch was provided at the cenote, and it was amazing! Our tour guide, Gabo, really made the experience incredible. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to! We had a great time, and he helped us with our Spanish. Our driver, Sergio, kept us safe to and from different sites. He was very adept at driving on the bumpy roads to/from the cenote! Lucho was our fantastic photographer! He was very fun to work with, and we got some amazing photos from him. The picture package costs extra, but we highly recommend it!

Had a great experience! Our guide Muriel was full of knowledge and made everyone feel very comfortable. The snack and lunch provided were much appreciated! Keep in mind you may be in the van for awhile, depending how many others need picked up/dropped off. I recommend bringing a book or another small activity and maybe another snack. You’ll want to sign up for the earliest tour if you’re going to the ruins. It gets very hot and there’s lots to see! Be sure to bring cold water, a hat and sunscreen! They also offered umbrellas, which I found very thoughtful. Thanks to the awesome crew for the wonderful memories!
