★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing tour with Jesus our tour guide and Ricardo our driver. Saw a beautiful cenotes with a lot of information explaining it. Then swimming with turtles and saw 6. Then lunch on the private beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better day! We even learned about a poisonous tree there, so glad they taught us about that as someone on our tour had touched it the day before and Jesus had the answer for the antidote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta 3 years ago and had an amazing time with Vallarta Adventures so when we came to Cancun and our hotel offered different plans with Cancun Adventures we HAD to go!!! We went to Isla de las Mujeres and it was absolutely beautiful. Great staff, the boat was so beautiful and the lunch was great! On the island you can rent a golf cart and go around the island, it’s a fairly small island so you can go from end to end in about 50 minutes. The water is super clear- very few beaches like it!!! I highly recommend any plan with this company but especially Isla de las Mujeres. You won’t regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great trip ! This was my 4th and my spouses 3rd excursion and by far the best of all being at Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya !
What made it exceptional was three things;
Trip planning, quality of places, and the Guide and driver, Super Mario and Alejandro from Venezuela (beep, beep, beep, ….) ! You’ll get it when you go on this trip ! Tour was great with very good historical explanations from Mario. Senote was beautiful with lots of catfish ! A special treat was a second senote, Aktun Chen which is a Caleta senote. Beautiful snorkeling and fish in an enclosed type of senote. Saw big Rainbow fish and many more! A real highlight of the trip !! And we finished at their private beach where we had a great lunch. Although very late was very good. Have the burrito, they are great ! Thanks again to Super Mario and beep beep Alejandro !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome time with these folks. Franando is the man you want guiding your adventure. He cares about your safety, especially going on the island. We really appreciated him and his advise. Lots of people try to take advantage to tourists and him and his team took care of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to Cancun. We booked two tours with Cancun Adventures. First was the Tulum, Cenote and Snorkeling Tour. Our driver, Jairo and guide, Omar were both amazing. We are here celebrating my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and my dad is not as spry as he used to be. Omar arranged for us to be in a shuttle into Tulum and my parents were permitted to enter the ancient city by its original access point in order to cut down their walking. Omar and Jairo both went above and beyond to make sure my parents were able to enjoy themselves and see everything. My dad commented that Omar's knowledge and visual aides during our tour was very impressive. Next was The Cenote and it was beyond phenomenal. Cool and refreshing after a hot day in the sun at Tulum. A short 25 steps down into a cavern full of fresh water where you swam through the cavern and learned about how they were formed and just how important and sacred they are. Next was the snorkeling... again Omar went above and beyond. My dad (77) loves to snorkel but can get disoriented with direction when faced down. Omar pulled him around with him holding onto a life saver so he could enjoy without ending up against the flow of other snorkelers. The lunch and private beach after was also perfect. Great day. Long. But perfect. They also have COLD water and snacks in the tour van so you never have to worry about being thirsty.
Our second tour was to Chichen Itza. Our tour guide Rafeal and driver Mateo were also amazing. It is a loooooong drive out there, but the history and ruins of Chichen Itza is worth the drive. Rafael was extremely knowledgeable in the history of Chichen Itza and the Mayan culture as a whole. Rafael was also super attentive to my parents and made sure that they were OK and offered to take breaks if necessary. I do recommend grabbing an umbrella that is offered by Cancun Adventures. The beginning of the tour is in the shade and comfortable, but then you head out into the direct sun and it can get pretty hot. I had sunscreen, hat, sunglasses AND the umbrella. Only one in my tour to choose an umbrella and my daughter, husband and mother all wanted to be in its shade. Ha! So grab one when offered. 5 mins down the road the tour takes you to a shopping center and a traditional Yucatahn lunch is served. A little weird to have hot soup after a hot day... but it was amazing! And totally worth it! The banana leaf wrapped chicken was melt in your mouth delicious!
Overall, I would recommend Cancun Adventures to anyone looking for a great time. Money well spent! On a side note... both tours take plenty of potty breaks along the drive, never an issue with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this tour agency. My friend and I went on the Tulum Yalku Plus tour. Our guide Max was so informative, providing lots of history about Tulum and the cenotes. They were well organized and, although it is an early start to the day, trust me when I say they plan this out so you avoid the crowds! It was perfect! My friend never learned how to swim properly and Max was super great in making sure she was still able to have the best experience at the cenote and snorkeling. The lunch spot we went to was also beautiful and the food was incredible! I will definitely check out Cancun Adventures the next time I'm in Mexico! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julie and Romero were excellent! Julie was our guide and was very knowledgeable and a ton of fun! Romero was our driver and did a fantastic job getting us to our two different destinations. The Cenotes and snorkeling were very fun. Cenotes are such cool places. We saw 15 different types of fish in the lagoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are superb! I went to 3 tours with Cancun Adventures and all of them were awesome. Just wish I could have stayed longer for more :)
All the staff were super friendly, professional, passionate, and helpful. To name a few, tour guides Rafa, Carlos, and Alexia, drivers Fernando (might be wrong on this, Rafa’s partner), Rafael, Alex, and Carlo. Special thanks to Alexia and her swim coach partner who helped us experience ATV and cenote and gave us an unforgettable day!
