a	alba gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible food very elaborated, risotto lamb and vacio argentino steak was perfectly cooked. Service was brilliant. On the other hand, very dark restaurant at night and extremely overpriced even compared to London which is where I live.
K	Kama K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite disappointed given the raving reviews I’d hear about casa banana. Starting with our service that was lovely and nice but disappointing. It felt like they weren’t keeping up with the crowd and missed so many things on our end. I’m certainly grateful for the lovely touch to compensate for the mishaps in a form of a free dessert with was crème brûlée. However, it was a little bit too milky for my taste. As for the food, we only ordered one meal and decided to stop there — nothing beyond the ordinary. A highlight goes to the cocktails which are definitely up there.

Everything is fresh grilled in the open kitchen at the back … the food is so good and the ambiance. I recommend it to every friend who visits Tulum.

As a coctail person I can totally say that they have the best coctails (taste and presentation) in Tulum. Steaks and vegetables are fantastic too. Even their complementary foods was great. We also had banana crepe as a dessert and it got us to order another one for to go???

The food was enjoyable, we ordered the grilled fish and rump steak, which other than being too generously seasoned, were very well cooked. Unfortunately, our waiter was emanating awful body odour, which took some shine away from the evening, given how attentively and frequently he serviced our table.

Good veggie options, I has risotto, see photo, v tasty. The drinks v fancy, we had cocktails, again not cheap but v nice, maybe somewhere to go for a special occasion

My friend and I ordered way too much food, but I was glad we were able to try several things. I loved everything, especially since it was cooked in a giant wood-burning oven. The service was spot-on and the price is definitely justified for the quality of the meal.

These are VERY large portions, my husband and I ordered the skirt steak and shared it. I think it was 16oz total, and came out in two pieces. Delicious! We also recommend the octopus salad, which we shared for an appetizer. And for sides we got sweet potato mash and roasted veggies. Ask about the dessert menu, too, if you have any room left in your stomach ? The service was also great. It was a little dark, and they went overboard with the incense at times. But 11/10 would go back if we had had more time in Tulum. That’s how amazing the food was!
