Kin Toh - 77780 Tulum

I am a total foodie and been to a ton of Michelin restaurants around the world and this was top 5 experiences of my life. Not only the view and ambience but the service and food was top notch. I recommend the lobster appetizer, truffle pasta, catch of the day, and risotto. Will be back, thanks again!

Highly overrated and overpriced place for pictures only. No possibility to pay in US dollars. No possibility to enter the nests. If you book online a dinner, you will stay inside the normal restaurant with a view on jungle. There are plenty better places to go in Tulum. If you want to go the the "big nest" where people take pictures you have to book "sunrise experience" on the Azulik site. You can't go there with a simple dinner reservation at Kin Toh.

We arrived at 6:30 right before the sunset. We had an experience of a life time. then when things got dark the restaurant transformed into a maze from a fairy tale. Ambiance was excellent and our food was seriously delicious. The service...need to be improved. It feels almost that they don't care or they know that the food will save them...

Service was top notch very friendly and helpful. We went there for lunch it was very quiet , there is a minimum charge of 35$ for lunch per person but it covers whatever you order so I didn’t think it was a big deal. We had a quinoa salad, guacamole and chips and couple of drinks and everything was great! The place is definitely different and Zen!

You need a reservation. Don’t just show up or expect to wait and not get in. The wait on the line was about twenty minutes even with a reservation. I think it’s to add to the feeling of exclusivity and the ambience that you’re going somewhere special. I’m truly inside is special…everything is quite amazing to look at. The structure is made of over 90% wood. It’s so tall you can see over the trees. Feels like a five star restaurant on some distant planet somewhere. The meals were also aesthetically pleasing and tasty, though not the best I’ve had. My only complaint is the climate is quite uncomfortable as it I’d very hot up there and the pricing is too inflated, but overall it is an unforgettable experience and is probably best enjoyed with a significant other. Large parties could be fun, but would seem to suffer quality for lack of staff.

Kin Toh was breathtaking. From the ambiance, to the food, the company, and the service, it is such a special place to dine. We had a group of 15 and they were able to accommodate us at two different table next to each other due to COVID restrictions. The food was amazing and they experience was even better. This is a great spot for a couple or a group of friends!

I read a lot of reviews and went in with low expectations. I am here to tell you to IGNORE what people say. Is it hot, yes, it’s mexico. Once the sun starts setting it’s ok or just ask for a seat with shade. The service was phenomenal and we had no issues with out waitress. She was accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were never rushed, stayed at our seat for 2 hours. We had the duck and gulf shrimp which were both delicious, seasonal salad as an appetizer, cocktails, wine, and vanilla cream for dessert. Everything was phenomenal. I def recommend it was such a great experience. Although we didn’t have the nest booked our waiter took us for a photo!

The atmosphere was absolutely stunning! Great vibe/ ambiance. The food was good, not great. The service was mediocre. Deer tartar was really good, as well as the octopus. Our ice cream desert was fully melted when they brought it to the table. You are 100% paying for the “Treehouse/Jungle” experience which is why this is 3 stars. If it’s solely based on food and service, 2 stars.
