You must book your excursions with this company. Dan is awesome. we had a large group that did three excursions Jungle Buggy, Tulum, and Catamaran Boat. We had an awesome time at all three adventures. Jungle Buggy was so much fun. We went through the jungle on ATV's, stopped at a local Mayan village where we purchased food to give back to the locals. This was the best part for me. I love to help others and to see the smiles on the local's faces just melted my heart. We stopped at a cenote and took a plunge into the freshwater. We then went to Tulum and looked at the amazing view of the Mayan pyramids and the golf of Mexico. We were able to do some shopping and get some souvenirs. The next day we got on the Catamaran boat and when I tell you it was amazing, it was amazing. We snorkeled in the Golf, had drinks, music, and the boat crew was so awesome. I will be requesting them again, ask for Roberto (uncle Bob). Dan was an awesome host. He joined us on the boat and made sure everything went smoothly. We made a stop had a great lunch and went to the Ice Bar. It's cold but you will enjoy the experience. There is so much to say I can go on and on. Just go experience it yourself. I'm sure if you pick any of Dan's adventures you will have an amazing time as our group did. I will absolutely be using VIP again on our next vacation to Cancun.

The whale watching tour my wife and I took 7/29/2020 was amazing... very reasonably priced, transportation was on time, drivers were very professional, guide and captain were top notch. This was a bucket list trip and there were approximately 90 WHALE SHARKS and 5 Giant manta rays!!! Everyone on the tour left with great experience, great friends and great keepsakes in pictures!!! Highly recommended Dan and his crew for any transportation, tours, or private yachts!! Amazing guy, great prices and above all a great time!!!

Nothing but great things to say. Airport transfer was great. Private Suburban was cold and stocked with water and beer. The driver was pleasant and accommodating. He stopped so I could get Tylenol and Dramamine since I got motion sick on landing. Dan was very accommodating to changes in my schedule. Communication was A+. I took the whale shark excursion. Pickup was at 5am- but completely worth it. Transportation was a sprinter van which was comfortable and had enough open seats for everyone to spread out. The tour was great. Staff was knowledgeable and informative. After swimming with the sharks we docked at isla mujeres and swam in the crystal clear water for an hour or so, had some amazing ceviche made by the boat staff and headed back. No complaints at all. Transfer back to the airport was, again, flawless. Driver was right on time, and I was so comfortable I slept the entire ride. A+. Will use anytime I fly into Cancun.

The trip was awesome! They picked us up at our hotel, drove us to the boat, gave us breakfast and lunch. The guide Louis was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw a few whale sharks, they are beautiful creatures! Got to swim next to some of them! Also, I liked how the guide was very environmentally friendly/conscious. We don’t want to pollute the water the whale sharks swim in. The whale sharks were amazing to see, highly recommend going and I would 10/10 go a second time!

On time, clean vehicles, and professional drivers. We ordered drinks and food for the ride with no problem. We will use this company whenever we travel to this area of Mexico.

We have been using VIP Riviera Maya for airport transfers for three consecutive years now. They never disappoint. The prices are reasonable, and nothing beats a private transfer that takes you directly to your destined resort from the airport skipping any additional stops you’d have to endure if you were on a group transfer. The vehicle fleet is nice, and presents a fun selection of different levels of luxury, while well balanced with economic choices too. This time our group chose to travel in style, and start our trip with the most luxurious offer available. We had a suburban limo pick us up at the airport, and boy oh boy, that set the mood for the rest of the trip! The limo was nice, spacious, well kept, and included a bottle of champagne. The price was reasonable, and completely beat any kind of limo rental in the States. The pickup was flawless. We landed early, and were business class, so we zoomed through security, customs and all, so in theory we were early for the pick up, and yet, we did not have to wait long (maybe 15 minutes tops) for the pick up. All through that time I was in direct contact with the owner of VIP Riviera Maya who handled all the details for me and quickly found out for me when the limo was going to be ready. The ride was smooth, and the driver was very polite and professional. All in all, Riviera Maya never disappoints, and always delivers the highest of customer care and satisfaction standard.

My husband and I toured Chichen Itza through VIP Riviera Maya while on our honeymoon in November, 2021. It was perfect. First off, the owner, Dan, was very responsive and helpful getting everything setup. He was there for any questions we had. Our driver, Jesus, and tour guide, Gilberto, were so knowledgable, nice, and fun. Gilberto is Mayan, so he was the perfect person to tell us all about Chichen Itza. We loved everything we saw and learned. The tour stopped at an authentic Mexican restaurant on the way back, with delicious food and employees who danced with beers on their heads. Dan and his crew took such great care of us all and the customer service was impeccable. Our drinks were always full... the crew even swam drinks out to us in the water with a floating cooler!! The catamaran met all expectations and accommodated our group of 25 very comfortably. They took us to Isla for a bit for lunch and buffet at the restaurant blew our expectations out of the water! Their bathrooms on the island were very clean as well! I highly recommend using this company for any boating needs. Our best day in Mexico was on this boat day with VIP!
