For nothing hiring this company that is not reliable I reserve a car from 9 am-9pm for a Friday The reservation is for me to be picked up in Puerto Juarez at 8am and delivery at 9pm Call on Thursday night to make sure everything goes Well, the rep tells me that I can't take the hours I reserve and I have to deliver a car by 5pm. He tells me that they made a mistake. If I hadn't called, I never realize they were not going to respect the reservation. The rep then tells me He will see what he can do and that he communicates with me in an hour and he never called me. I called again and he told me that I had to call. The next day we took a taxi since it was late and car rental agencies were closed. This company lacks professionalism and a lot of ethics. They lie to clients and do not comply with the agreement. Better rent a car from another company or they will regret it.
