★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia en Avis Mazatlán. Rentamos un March en condiciones regulares que a los 3 días de uso me dejó varado con la batería muerta. Revisen más a menudo las condiciones mecánicas de sus automoviles.
Terrible experience at Avis Mazatlán. We rented a March in regular condition that after 3 days of use left me stranded with a dead battery. Check the mechanical condition of your cars more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo no entregan en Mazatlan la unidad rentada y aun asi te la cobran... llegas al lugar y te dejan en el aeuropuerto te dicen ellos haran la cancelacion y que no habra problema pero es una farsa... aun llegues con todos loa documentos que te piden
Pesimo they do not deliver the rented unit in Mazatlan and even so they charge you ... you arrive at the place and they leave you at the airport they tell you they will make the cancellation and that there will be no problem but it is a farce ... you still arrive with all the documents what do they ask of you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de reserva, hice mediante su página web un prepago para reservar una camioneta y ahora nos están diciendo que no tienen disponible para las fechas que indiqué. Que eso pasa si hago la reserva por Booking, pero todo fue directo en su página. Ahora no la quieren respetar y tengo que ver que nos hagan el reembolso. En vez de resolver el problema de forma interna y conseguir la unidad. Aún falta un mes para mí viaje.
Terrible reservation service, I made a prepayment through their website to reserve a van and now they are telling us that they do not have available for the dates I indicated. That happens if I make the reservation through Booking, but everything was direct on their page. Now they don't want to respect it and I have to see that they give us a refund. Instead of solving the problem internally and getting unity. My trip is still a month away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently rented a car june at this location. The car broke down 3 days later! I called for a replacement! It took 3-4 hrs. I was stranded on the street for that long! When they brought me another car it’s interior was all wet including the trunk! When put my luggage in, I did not notice the trunk had puddle of water! Part of my clothes got stained! To top it off I was charge $about $700 dollars for the repairs upon returning the car. The radiator had some problems & lost all the fluid and they said I crash the card ! I was very disappointed that as owners of the car they should maintain & fix. I will never rent from them again! They suck w/ customer service!they just to take advantage of tourists!
