★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio. Me dieron un trato excelente en la renta del automóvil. Buscaba rentar para viajar a asistir a un evento familiar a la ciudad de Parral y regresarlo al día siguiente. Me permitieron pagar la tarifa de un día y medio. El vehículo también en excelentes condiciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había rentado un carro con ellos y todo bien, pero ahora(Noviembre 2021) ha sido la peor experiencia de renta de carro. Y no por la unidad en sí, ahí todo bien, pero desde que aparte por internet no mencionan que solo es renta básica, y cuando llegas la retención a la tarjeta es ridícula (30mil pesos), ni dejando el carro en otro estado me habían querido cobrar tanto, y para bajarlo tuve que pagar mas que la reservación original total para la protección completa. La persona cuando llegue solo tome asiento y estuvo en la computadora sin atenderme mas de 5 min, y solo por que salía al día siguiente ya no puede cotizar o rentar en otro lugar. A parte de todo dicen que te dan 10% de bonificación en una tarjeta de amazon, la cual hasta el día de hoy no mandan, pésimo de verdad. Les recomiendo que coticen en otros lugares donde no escondan los cobros y sea un mejor trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con esta compañía Pagamos por la aseguranza completa en un carro y sólo se la pusieron por un día el carro lo rentamos por una semana. Tuvimos un accidente y NO estábamos cubiertos por la estupidez de la gerente o eso dijo. Ojo y mucho cuidado
Be careful with this company. We paid for full insurance on a car and they only put it on for one day. We rented the car for a week. We had an accident and we were NOT covered because of the manager's stupidity or so she said. Eye and be very careful
