 I am living in the condominium I have a lot of problems n the apartment air conditioning drips from the ceiling bad smell ..... the condo does not support at all VERY BAD ESPRIENCE AS I CAN GO IN ANOTHER SERIOUS CONDOMINIUM!

These Condominiums are large and with a spectacular view of its green areas, golf course and pool. Very good investment.

The place is nice but it could be more so if the reflecting pool and the deck received proper maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this location a lot, the condos are big and comfortable, plenty light coming from huge windows and the views from your balcony of the jungle and pool areas, very quiet and peaceful, the parking seems a little tight, but the area of playacar it's very nice and peaceful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number 216 ( owner Miguel M..... ) in Azul Condominium in Playacar , Playa del carmen Mexico is in very bad chape : when it rains, water will come from everywhere. The kitchen is 10 years old and falls apart. The bathroom has holes in the ceiling, mold everywhere, the toilet upstairs leaks and the owner just put tape on it instead of solving it: the water leaks now into between the walls ... The agent Clara Four... found us this apartment for 6 month: be aware that she is complicit with the owner Miguel Mor... to keep your deposit. It has been 4 months now and we are still after it with no answer from the owner. Our "agent" did put a wrong name and address on the paperwork so we cannot go after legally. It s a scam. be careful bout the owner and the agent. Don't rent or buy to them !
