★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A EVITER, un scandale, l'appartement du rez de chaussée, dans la résidence AZUL MAYA VILLAS à TULUM, salle de bains avec les joints moisis, la porte de WC défoncée, les draps tâchés de rouille, la table du salon, plateau en verre cassé et des débris de verre restant. Très dangereux. nous étions avec 3 enfants dont un âgé de 7 ans. l'accès à la VILLA est en plein travaux, il faut un 4X4. le matin des travaux, marteau, perceuse. BOOKING et AZUL MAYA n'ont rien fait. On a demandé à être relogé, pas de son, pas d'image le jour J. un message le lendemain qui n'a abouti à rien. DECEVANT A FUIR
TO AVOID, a scandal, the ground floor apartment, in the AZUL MAYA VILLAS residence in TULUM, bathroom with moldy seals, smashed toilet door, rust-stained sheets, living room table, broken glass and remaining glass shards. Very dangerous. we were with 3 children including a 7 year old. access to the VILLA is under construction, you need a 4X4. the morning of work, hammer, drill. BOOKING and AZUL MAYA did nothing. We asked to be relocated, no sound, no picture on D-Day. A message the next day which came to nothing. DISAPPOINTING TO AVOID
