Azura - 77780 Tulum

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us organizing our tours. The quality of the room is excellent. There is a daily cleaning service. There are so many great things here I can't even enumerate all. All in all I don't think that we could have found a better place to stay. This is simply perfect.

What an amazing little gem! This was our first visit to Tulum and I am so happy that we decided to stay here. The two ladies at the front were amazingly helpful and very nice. Anytime we needed a cab ride or help with locations we wanted to visit, they assisted us. They were always smiling and just so warm and welcoming! When we were shown to our room we had a beautiful two bedroom apartment. It was stocked with welcome snacks and drinks. It was very clean and beyond spacious! Each bedroom has their own bathroom. The pictures online are very accurate and depict the property perfectly! Breakfast was delicious consisting of fruit, freshly squeezed juice, yogurt and croissants. They even delivered it to us on the rooftop one day as we wanted to enjoy the early morning breeze! This boutique hotel is a two block walk to the city strip where there is a plentiful amount of local shopping and restaurants. The hotel is not located on the beach but it’s only about a 10 minute drive. I wish I could give it 10 stars! You will not regret your stay here! Keep up the good up Azura Boutique!!!!

spot on We stayed in the Azura for 4 nights in Jan 21 and we can 100% recommend the place. Sabine does a outstanding job, from the welcome, to the customer managements until the check out. She is carrying about her clients like a mother :) the location is perfect to get around Tulum citiy. There are many good local restaurants in foot distance. the room are very clean and pretty. the roof top with various small pools are perfect to escape from very busy Tulum. Access to the beach is very easy by bike. Sabine will help you to organize the bicycles. again, it is all about simplicity. You will enjoy your stay like a queen and king PS: We stays in 5 star all-inclusive hotels prior the stay and in small luxury hotels after. So we have a good comparability of top hotels around. Sabine, again a special thank you to you and the team. we will recommend your place to whoever we know and intends to go to Tulum. The rating is speaking for itself. Very bad location. Unfriendly stuff. Spiders on the wall. I couldn’t stay at the hotel and i asked for refund the receptionist response was very rude and they didn’t give me my money back

I'm in love with this place. I can't wait for the chance to come back here. What a gem. Clean rooms and a well maintained facility. Has a spiritual vibe and the rooms and decor match this????

After a 12-hour flight from Maui, I arrived to Tulum with the news that there was active Covid at my friends where i was supposed to stay for the night. My driver and I found Azura online while looking for a quick alternative for me. Sabina helped me to find the location and check in. She was so very kind and gracious. The room was huge, really a one-bedroom apartment. It was clean, modern, had every amenity you could want and affordable. I got the best price calling direct and paying cash. The location was easy, right in town and an Oxxo across the street. Walk to everything. Although i did not use the roof lounge or two wading pools, it was pleasant up there. The full sized bed was comfy and water pressure excellent. They even give you a spring water dispenser in your room. If you are out all day exploring and want to come back to a clean, modern, brand new safe place to stay, Azura checks all the boxes.

Loved it 3 years ago and loved it again last week. This time we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge, clean and well equipped. A gem of a hotel in Tulum, away from the noise of the main strip but still close to the hustle and bustle. Lots of great restaurants and street food vendors nearby too.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Azura! Building is clean and new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, there is so much to do within walking distance. Since it is right downtown Tulum there is traffic noise. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the rooftop. Also, the white tea scented products in the washroom were a nice treat.
