-Les falta muchos servicios por el precio que rentan, (consigues algo más serca de la playa y con más servicios y en mejores condiciones por menos dinero)
-Pesima atención,
-Altisimo el deposito (para abusar cuando uno sale)
-No te sientes agusto nadamas te están vigilando.
-El trato no es directo sino que hay como 4 administradores que no se ponen de acuerdo.
 They are not yet in optimal condition.
-They lack many services for the price they rent, (you get something closer to the beach and with more services and in better conditions for less money)
-Bad attention,
-High the deposit (to abuse when one goes out)
-You don't feel comfortable, they're just watching you.
-The deal is not direct but there are like 4 administrators who do not agree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying at the Bacalao building for 3 months. Two nice size bedrooms with excellent mattresses and bedding. It has 2 nice full bathrooms. All furniture is nice comfortable and clean. 2 nice large tvs . Great deck on the roof with nice furniture and tv. Very secure building in great location. It is priced very well. I recommend this building with 5 stars.
