This place is a hidden gem. Though it does look like a moderate looking motel, the rooms are remodeled, spacious, and I've never been in such a clean room. Not to mention this place is cheap. This place is also next to the beach, stores, and restaurants.

The place was neatly clean and the owners are very friendly and they treat you great.

I would like to spend a month here, we felt secure and the owner is very hospitable.

Positive: The proprietes spoke little English, however her grandson was called and he assisted us in receiving an e-mail and had it printed out for us. That was very much appreciated. However, he wasn't around when his grandmother insisted that we pay AGAIN $1370 pesos cash for the room we had paid for and reserved on line with Booking. com. This needs to be remedied ASAP. THE WORST THING IS THAT THE PROPRIETOR INSISTED THAT WE PAY MORE THAN 1300 PESOS FOR THE ROOM EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID BOOKING.COM ON LINE. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED. I WILL NEED TO BE REFUNDED WHAT I PAID TO BUNGALOWS DEL MAR OR WHAT I PAID YOU. I HAVE THEIR RECEIPT BUT HAVE NO WAY TO SCAN AND E-MAIL TO YOU FROM MY RESIDENCE IN AJIJIC MEXICO. PLEASE CONFIRM WHAT ACTION I CAN TAKE OTHER THAN FILING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD OVER YOUR CHARGES WHICH, OF COURSE, WERE LESS THAN BUNGALOW DEL MAR CHARGED..

Very nice place and people. Not only was it a good place to stay. But they let me bring my little girl dog along. Thanks for letting her stay. We will be back soon.?

Decent hotel maybe a bit pricey but it was a busy weekend

Great location to marina which is great for us as we keep our boat here during hurricane season. Nice room with kitchenette. Owners treat you like family. Restaurants nearby. They allowed our dog as long as he did not cause problems. Lovely for the price and location

Pet friendly with no place fot pet to do their business I liked it. My dog gave it a thumbs down
