Bacalar 777 Hotel Boutique - 77930 Bacalar

Se vende como un hotel de 5 estrellas y no lo es: Para llegar el camino es terracería. La comida escasa , todos los días había algo del menú que ya no tenían:jugo, pan, frijoles. El primer día tardaron una hora en atender nuestra mesa. La piscina muy sucia, la limpiaron hasta el cuarto día que estuvimos ahí. No había amenidades para el baño (jabón, shampoo, crema ) La cama se nos llenó de hormigas. El jacuzzi está de adorno. El "gym " tiene todas las bicicletas en mal estado (asientos y pedales rotos ) Pensamos en irnos el segundo día,pero quisimos evitar el pleito de la devolución de nuestro dinero. Las personas que atienden si son muy amables y cordiales sin duda. Yo no lo recomiendo

He visitado el hotel desde sus inicios y siempre que voy es una sorpresa muy positiva. El lugar tiene un ambiente místico con instalaciones de primera; la comida y bebidas preparadas son excelentes y los precios también lo son. Puedes usar el kayac, el gimnasio al aire libre, las tablas de paddle: literalmente todo. Además de disfrutar de la piscina hermosa, ¡¡hicimos un temazcal que fue una experiencia única!! Si buscas una experiencia totalmente de calidad y exclusividad, el Hotel 777 es tu lugar.

Très bel hôtel. A savoir ne pas prendre le premier embranchement après le panneau sur la grande route car chemin très difficile. Prendre ke deuxième (suivre aurea( et à la fin du chemin tournez à gauche. Le sentier est quand même meilleur !!! Sinon très grande chambre avec baignoire immense où on se demande pourquoi elle est là...le personnel est très très sympathique et très peu de connexion internet. C est très paisible et superbe lever de soleil

Après une route sinueuse et par conséquent, un accès très compliqué et sans trop d'indication, nous avons découvert cet hôtel dans un cadre exceptionnel ? Jolie Chambre toutefois, manque d'un coup de frais et grande baignoire avec un effet "wahou " mais malheureusement, il est quasi impossible de la voir pleine (filet d'eau). Le serveur est d'une gentillesse extrême. Bravo au cuisinier également qui a su nous régaler malgré des horaires de restauration peu habituelles (fin de service à 19h, bien dommage étant loin de la ville) Gros problème de wifi. L'hôtel étant à l'écart de la ville, il était difficile de programmer nos journées sans celui-ci. Le gérant restait plutôt distant face à cette problématique et s'en souciait peu.

The place is great, but the service isnt good

This place is definitely a hidden gem. We love to vacation in the Riviera Maya, but over the years we have explored and expanded our geographic area. Bacalar is a gorgeous lagoon (enormous) that is unheard of due to how secluded (4 hours from Cancun) they are from the popular Cancun destinations. Me and my wife stayed a couple of nights at this very small (8 suites) resort. The location is to die for, all the suites have views of the gorgeous lagoon that features about 6-7 color variations of turquoise water which happens to be fresh, super clear and clean water. The staff at this resort is very hands on we were blown away by Jose (ground crew), but we felt that Fernando, Alex and Leo did a great job also. This place is for total relaxation for a couple or a small family, but definitely not a party environment. We can’t wait to visit them again and we are very appreciative of the care we received while we were there. 5 stars for Triple 7 Hotel Bacalar!

This place would be nice if they fix the roads, clean the Pool, if there food was properly made, and if the manager when saying that he will return your money keeps his word. I booked this hotel for two nights thinking that it was in a nice area in Bacalar. As arriving the road to get there was rusty. If you are going make sure you rent a truck not a sedan. The Pool there was dead insects and it looked dirty. Upon arrival they gave us the keys to the room. The rooms are nice the place is cute but it’s more for a honeymoon. No tv no wifi. 20 min drive from downtown Bacalar. The food is expensive not worth it. You can go to Bacalar downtown and get good quality food with less the price. I had booked to nights but after staying one night my dad and I decided not to stay another night because it was so hard to come back and forth to the hotel and we couldn’t even enjoy the Pool because of the status of it. I talked to who ever was in charge explaining the situation and he seemed to understand. Then he said that they will return my money. Just after talking to hotel agency they told me that they where not successful to communicate with them and that they will send them an email. After waiting for a response they said that Bacalar 777 hotel denied the money back. If they didn’t want to then why say you will. And please change the advertisement the picture are not how it actually looks. And it’s overpriced super overpriced. You can find something cheaper in downtown Bacalar. If you want something more exclusive maya hotel has a nice entrance and service. For a cheaper price.

The place itself was super fun. The water is super nice and fun the docks and everything was amazing the place looked super nice but there’s no reception except out on the dock and that reception is still horrible so I couldn’t do anything. We needed a room for 5 people and so we booked a place for 5 people but it only had 2 beds and a couch so it was definitely not 5 people and the blankets were paper thin and not warm at all. The mosquitos were horrible there I was covered in bug bites. And they will add crazy things to your tab like things that were suppose to be complimentary or things you already paid for. The staff was nice but only nice for the tip. The breakfast was so unorganized and the fruit was old. We got out food before our utensils and I only got half of my food which was just the fruit with no eggs. The gym there needs some cleaning it’s covered in dirt and cobwebs. The kayaks and paddle boats were a blast but they were covered in old webs and bugs and a mixture of dirt and old leaves. The drive into the place itself was so bumpy and awful abs such a long drive into there which I understand but it could have said that somewhere in the site. Also after paying so much you still have to pay for breakfast so instead we would get the complimentary meal but be careful because they add that into your bill too. All in all not worth the money at all.
