★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little corner of Holbox with really delicious baguettes for breakfast. I had the Especial D'Mary and my partner had the Chilorio. The bread was toasted with butter, making it crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The Especial filling was super hearty and warm, and tasted freshly prepared on my order. The Chilorio pork was very well spiced and juicy. Amazingly, both sandwiches were well stacked so it didn't fall apart and create a mess when eating. Coffee is decent and the jugos (juices) seem to be freshly pressed/juiced. Not hard on the wallet and very affordable too. Lastly, very comfortable decor and music playing in the background for the morning. Highly recommended!
