Wonderfull quiet beach with one restaurant and a few cabins. No music or other loud noises exept the waves.

I would give a higher rating but for the kitchen experience. The food is very hit and miss and the Chihuahua has to go! Beware food poisoning. I suspect bad cheese that tasted off.

Difficult access. So definitely you need a car. Very chic resort with food and a private beach. The beach is really nice.

Incredibly unwelcoming rude manager/receptionist who really ruined our stay. Upon arrival we were barely greeted, we were not told about any breakfast, we weren't told anything about the hotel, it was as if she was surprised we were even there and we walked up to our hilltop room which was a LONG way up some steep steps. Our room was very very hot, and there was a mini fridge but they hadn't even thought to put any water in there knowing its a tough walk up in that heat. We are used to staying in pretty basic places and we aren't fussy people, but this hotel is high end prices for Mexico, so you'd expect more than the service we got at this hotel. We barely slept on our first night because the room was so uncomfortably hot. We considered checking out early the following morning but decided instead to ask for an extra fan for the room. We asked the manager for a fan and she told us that there would be one in our room after dinner. We walked a LONG way up the steps after dinner, incredibly hot, and there was no extra fan there as promised. We couldn't believe it after we were promised it would be there and it was too long to walk all the way down and up again. We wouldn't have stayed the second night if this would have been the case, and we spent a second sleepless night after the manger let us down. We checked out the next morning, and the manager said someone would come up to our hilltop room to bring our suitcase down as there were so many steep steps. We waited for over half an hour and no one came, in the end we just had to do it ourselves. She again purposely promised something that didn't happen. It was like the manager was actually trying to ruin our stay, as if she held something against us. I have never in my life had such awful service, you could pay a quarter of the price and stay somewhere better in Mexico. We paid $30 a night elsewhere and had incredible service and thoughtful extras like bottled water in the room. The manager lets this hotel down. It really ruined our stay and I regret that we wasted 2 precious nights of our time in Mexico.

This place is pretty much inaccessible if you don't have a car and don't have the skill or courage to drive down steep, winding and uneven slopes. However, if you can drive down to the bottom of a cliff, you'll find a beautiful beach with the most gentle waves, well covered verandas with comfy seats and the most amazing food. We paid around 150 Canadian dollars (with 15% mandatory tip) for our group of 7 people. You can even pay by credit card. It's literally a miracle in this cash-only town.

We did not stay at the hotel, but we did have a late lunch, and reserved a night for they're special dinner. We'd also walk over to enjoy a cold beer or juice after a hot day on the beach. The service is top notch and although some left negative reviews about Hotel guest getting all the service is something we never saw or experienced. I even crashed my drone in a dangerous area on the rocks and a young man Luis retrieved it for me. I was impressed how the owners try to connect with all of their guest, and how approachable they are. I hope I have a chance to return and visit this peaceful and eligant spot.

Charming and secluded little slice of heaven. The beach is peaceful without crowds, the staff warm and friendly, the food competent and the cabanas simple but also charming. What the resort lacks in plush comforts it makes up for with people and location. The drive in is an adventure but worth it!!

It was so beautiful I hate to even tell anybody about it. Peace and tranquility! Fantastic food, fantastic hosts and fantastic place. I had a casita by the beach. There were other units dotting the hillside and it looked like all would have incredible views. There is good snorkeling and they also have kayaks and paddle boards available for use.
