★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, fui a comprar dos filtros y otras cosas y el tipo me dijo "Es que no me se el número de serie y si me meto al manual me voy a tardar más, no podrás buscarlo tú es que ya casi cerramos" el inútil me pide que haga lo que por obligación tiene que hacer eso, horrible el servicio.
Terrible customer service, I went to buy two filters and other things and the guy told me "I don't know the serial number and if I go to the manual it will take longer, you will not be able to look for it, it is that we are almost closed" the useless man asks me to do what he is obliged to do that, the service is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer válida mi garantía de mi moto hace 3 meses y hasta el día de hoy no me han resuelto, sus técnicos son pésimos no saben diagnosticar fallas. Le puse una estrella por qué es la más baja que se puede poner pero en verdad no se merece ni una.
I went to validate my warranty on my motorcycle 3 months ago and to this day they have not solved me, their technicians are terrible, they do not know how to diagnose faults. I gave it a star because it is the lowest it can be, but it really does not deserve one.
