★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora muy mala actitud, por no tener cambio no me quizo vender el pan aunque es deber de una tienda según buena,, tener cambio es lo más básico, perdió un cliente. No lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen estándares de nada nunca sabes lo que va a haber ahí si vas pasando por ahí y se te antoja algo que hay al momento está bien. De lo contrario ni planees comprar algo ahí para una ocasión importante porque aún cuando por teléfono te digan que si hay a la hora que llegues resulta que "no lo han traído".
Por otro lado su personal le falta mucha capacitación tienen demasiada rotación y no sabe ni lo que tienen. Aplican la típica mentalidad mexicana de... " si quieres cómprame" como que si te están haciendo un favor.
They have no standards of anything you never know what is going to be there if you go by there and you fancy something that is there at the moment it is fine. Otherwise, don't even plan to buy something there for an important occasion because even when they tell you on the phone that if there is at the time you arrive, it turns out that "they haven't brought it."
On the other hand, their staff lacks a lot of training, they have too much turnover and they don't even know what they have. They apply the typical Mexican mentality of... "if you want to buy from me" as if they are doing you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene el mejor pan dulce de Puerto Vallarta. Pero hoy fui a su sucursal a comprar un pastel y resulta que si pagas con tarjeta te cobran 3% más.
Me parece algo no agradable el que no lo incluyan en el precio establecido.
No volveré a comprar ahí. No estoy de acuerdo con esto.
It has the best sweet bread in Puerto Vallarta. But today I went to their branch to buy a cake and it turns out that if you pay by card they charge you 3% more.
I find it somewhat unpleasant that they do not include it in the established price.
I will not buy there again. I do not agree with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20% of the top of a cinnamon roll had icing and all others were the same. Very limited selection of other items in afternoon. I'm thinking they should of just closed.
