1.- la atencion es buena rapida sin ser espectacular siempre estan atentos, pero les hace falta ser mas enfocados. Le hable a un joven y se quedo esperando que le pidiera mi orden desde mi mesa hasta la barra , hasta que entendido que debia acercarse a mi mesa.
2.- la comida no es mala, pero le hace falta mas atención a los detalles. El ramen que pedimos, estaba desabrido por decir menos. Le hacia falta mucho sabor, sal , especias etc. El fideo estaba crudito masomenos, sin estar duro. Ellos deben de probar el plato cua ndo sale y poder atencion , el sabor es lo mas importante de un lugar asi.
3.- no se cual sea el objetivo del negocio, si un restaurante o una fonda. Tienes ahi a todos los miembros de la familia, el chef cocina pero luego sale y se sienta en las mesas a ver su telefono. Y es incomodo la falta de profesionalismo.
4.- acerca de su takoyaki, es el peor platillo que he probado, en todos los restaurantes que he visitado. Es una bola de masa, que apenas y tiene pulpo, es un platillo que deberian mejorar. O quitarlo de su menú es una verdadera basura.
2 estrellas por el lugar y la media atencion, pero sin lugar a dudas deben de mejorar. Los visitaremos nuevamente en un par de meses y ojala mejoren esto
I liked the place but I think there are some points to improve.
1.- The attention is good and fast without being spectacular. They are always attentive, but they need to be more focused. I spoke to a young man and he was waiting for me to ask him for my order from my table to the bar, until he understood that he should come to my table.
2.- The food is not bad, but it needs more attention to detail. The ramen we ordered was bland to say the least. It lacked a lot of flavor, salt, spices etc. The noodle was more or less raw, without being hard. They must try the dish when it comes out and pay attention, the flavor is the most important thing in a place like this.
3.- I don't know what the purpose of the business is, whether it's a restaurant or an inn. You have all the members of the family there, the chef cooks but then he comes out and sits at the tables looking at his phone. And the lack of professionalism is uncomfortable.
4.- About your takoyaki, it is the worst dish I have ever tasted, in all the restaurants I have visited. It is a ball of dough, which barely has octopus, it is a dish that should be improved. Or removing it from their menu is real crap.
2 stars for the place and the average attention, but without a doubt they must improve. We will visit them again in a couple of months and hopefully they improve this
