★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy amable, yo compré un certificado de regalo para mi novia, y el trato muy bueno, confirmaron citas, el trato siempre amable y toda la información que necesité.
Con respecto a los masajes, yo no lo recibí, pero por lo que me contó mi novia estuvo muy bien y planeamos regresar al de parejas
Algunas cosas que deben mejorar:
- los certificados de regalo, como tal, la presentación, si son regalo, deberían ser bonitos
- tardaron en enviarme las políticas del spa
Very friendly service, I bought a gift certificate for my girlfriend, and the treatment very good, confirmed appointments, always friendly treatment and all the information I needed.
Regarding the massages, I did not receive it, but from what my girlfriend told me it was very good and we plan to return to couples
Some things that should improve:
- gift certificates, as such, the presentation, if they are a gift, should be beautiful
- it took me a while to send me the spa policies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una cita para un masaje de pareja, después de 20 minutos de atraso nos informaron que no había llegado una de las masajistas y que podían reagendar la cita o pasar uno por uno a tomar el masaje, pagando solo con el adelanto. Si bien buscaron una solución es molesto tener que esperar, parece que no existe planeación y tienen muchas políticas de cancelación cuando se contrata un servicio y parece que ellos mismos no toman en cuenta la disponibilidad de su personal y del lugar.
I made an appointment for a couple's massage, after 20 minutes of delay they informed us that one of the masseuses had not arrived and that they could reschedule the appointment or go one by one to have the massage, paying only with the advance. Although they looked for a solution, it is annoying to have to wait, it seems that there is no planning and they have many cancellation policies when a service is contracted and it seems that they themselves do not take into account the availability of their staff and the place.
