★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle más estrellas a este lugar se las daría, definitivamente el lugar está increíble, mi mamá entro para cuidados paliativos ya en la última etapa de su vida el personal fue maravilloso, amable, los administrativos nos apoyaron en todo. Mi madre disfruto de mucha paz en sus últimos días gracias a este lugar.
If I could give more stars to this place I would give them, definitely the place is amazing, my mom came in for palliative care and in the last stage of her life the staff was wonderful, friendly, the administrative supported us in everything. My mother enjoyed a lot of peace in her last days thanks to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un familar la pasó muy mal aquí. Entro con cierto nivel y estado de salud, pero hubo que sacarlo de ahí porque muy rápidamente se deterioró. Las condiciones y cuidados deficientes: le daban medicamentos que ya no le tocaban, no revisaban bien su receta, lo dejaban desatendido cuando estaba en la regadera (y de ahí se cayó varias veces), contrajó una infección ahí de la misma mala limpieza que tienen en las camas...
Del servicio de administración, la raíz de todos los males: explotan de sus empleados y no tienen capacidad para asignar cuidadores adecuados a todos los residentes. Empleados cansados, fastidiados y hartos con dirección, lo que impacta directamente la calidad del servicio.
Espero que tomen esto como una lección y un punto de partida para implementar cambios urgentes y mayúsculos. Estamos hablando del cuidado y atención de seres humanos.
A family member had a very bad time here. He entered with a certain level and state of health, but he had to be removed from there because he deteriorated very quickly. Poor conditions and care: they gave him medications that no longer belonged to him, they did not check his prescription properly, they left him unattended when he was in the shower (and from there he fell several times), he contracted an infection there from the same poor cleaning they have in the beds...
From the management service, the root of all evil: they exploit their employees and have no capacity to assign adequate caretakers to all residents. Tired employees, annoyed and fed up with management, which directly impacts the quality of service.
I hope you take this as a lesson and a starting point to implement urgent and major changes. We are talking about the care and attention of human beings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar bello pero el cuidado de los viejitos es terrible. La comunicación con los familiares es terrible. No los bañan diario, les ponen ropa que no es de ellos. Le dejan saber a los familiares un dia antes de lo que se necesita, al principio son muy amables pero después no les gusta que uno les deje saber lo que no te gusta. Se les comunica a las personas encargadas del lugar y no hacen nada. El lugar bastante caro y no vale la pena.
A beautiful place but the care of the old people is terrible. Communication with relatives is terrible. They don't bathe them daily, they put clothes on them that don't belong to them. They let the relatives know a day before what is needed, at first they are very kind but then they don't like that you let them know what you don't like. It is communicated to the people in charge of the place and they do nothing. The place is quite expensive and not worth it.
