Probably one of the best breakfasts or meals I've ever had in Mexico. The tetelas colorada was amazing! Outstanding service. Choclate oaxaqueno was delicious. The courtyard was beautiful and it's also dog friendly. I'd 100% recommend this place and I know ill be trying to come back before I leave the city.

We had a terrible experience. Arrived early for our reservation, and they kindly allowed us to order drinks while we waited. After that though they ignored us. When a table opened up, it sat empty for about 10 minutes and since it was 20 minutes past our reservation time, I went to the front and asked when we would be seated. The person at the front said he was checking to see if they had something available. I pointed out that there was an empty table and he didn’t say anything. They finally found a different table, seated us, and ignored us. Eventually, we flagged down a waitress and asked if we could order. She said okay; then told us matter of factly that they were out of food and she would check. She came back and informed us they were out of half the menu (it was maybe 8:10 pm). We decided to leave and asked for the check. She walked away. And didn’t come back. I asked her again and she nodded but didn’t come back.I finally had to walk up to the front and ask for my receipt. It was ridiculous and unpleasant. I would not recommend at all.

A beautiful experience to be had here. If you like mezcal I recommend doing the tasting which is paired with three different tetelas.

Went for dinner on a Saturday, which may have been our mistake as most of the good reviews are for brunch. They sat us upon arrival at one of the tables literally next to the speaker for the live music - it was blaringly loud, due to the live saxophone being amplified directly into our ears. It was also very breezy in the atrium since it’s open air so we moved to a table as far away in the back corner. It was warmer there but the music was still so loud we not able to talk to each other without screaming while they were playing. I think the music would have been perfectly nice if they just didn’t have a speaker for the instruments. Now onto the food - overall, way overpriced for the portion size and you can get for much cheaper a block down. One good part - the Balthazar cocktail was very nice, strong mezcal pour almost like a gin & tonic. Very refreshing. Service was also fine. Do not recommend for dinner. I guess go for brunch?

We had a delightful breakfast there this morning. Everything from the fresh squeezed orange juice to our dishes to the freshly brewed coffee was great. Good food at an inexpensive cost and a nice setting too.

From the same chef who brought you Tierra del sol - but legit the cocktail list here is superior. The Tetelas are amazing. The courtyard is beautiful. The staff are lovely. Perfect lunch.

Friendly service. Nice space. Great presentation of the food. Unfortunately lack in hygiene and cleanliness... All of the people in our party got sick after having a meal here.
