Entendamos que como trates serás tratado, si respetamos su trabajo ell@s seguramente nos atenderán bien, agradezco mucho la atención y sus productos y precios son muy, muy buenos.

En mi primer compra con ellos hicieron falta 3 productos pero me hicieron el reembolso así que no hubo ningún problema.
En mi segunda compra les pedí de favor que si algún producto estaba agotado me avisaran para que me enviaran otro, me dijeron que me avisarían y, ¿cuál fue mi sorpresa? Me enviaron un producto equivocado y me hicieron falta tres productos, tuve que quejarme nuevamente y devolví el producto erróneo.
Quise darles una tercera oportunidad porque sus precios son muy buenos pero créanme que no vale para nada el mal rato que te hacen pasar. Esta última vez me trataron pésimo, desde el momento de realizar mi pedido volví a encargarles que me enviaran COMPLETO o me avisaran para hacer un cambio y me dijeron que no podían prestarme atención porque no era la única clienta, después de esa grosería me llegó mi pedido así como se ve en la imagen, debo recalcar que los botes venían abiertos, así que no fue un accidente.
La atención es pésima, el personal es grosero y prepotente por llamada o por mensajes, no les recomiendo pasar el mal rato al pedir en esta tienda, hay mejores opciones.
I do not recommend buying at this store at all.
My first purchase with them required 3 products but they gave me a refund so there was no problem.
On my second purchase I asked them to please that if a product was out of stock they would let me know so that they would send me another, they told me they would let me know and what was my surprise? I was sent the wrong product and I was missing three products, I had to complain again and returned the wrong product.
I wanted to give them a third chance because their prices are very good but believe me, the bad time they put you through is worth nothing. This last time they treated me lousy, from the moment I placed my order I again asked them to send me COMPLETE or to notify me to make a change and they told me that they could not pay attention to me because I was not the only client, after that rudeness I received my ordered as seen in the image, I must emphasize that the cans were open, so it was not an accident.
The service is terrible, the staff is rude and pushy by calls or messages, I do not recommend having a hard time ordering in this store, there are better options.
