Tenemos dos tipos de modalidad, una que cuenta con redisponibilidad: conforme lo vas pagando puedes volver a utilizar la línea de crédito disponible sin trámites adicionales, tus pagos periódicos se determinan conforme a un plazo para su cálculo, de redisponer se inicia nuevamente tu contador de pagos; y otra modalidad, sin redisposición: es decir, crédito simple, con plazo fijo de vencimiento y ambos con tasa de interés anual fija.

Cajeras con cero educación y tramposas hoy fui con mi tarjeta uno vencida si pero no por mi culpa sino porque Banamex no me ha enviado la nueva y la cajera me la quito con trampas , son una la atención al cliente es lentisima no se porque no ponen otra ventanilla para dicho trámite. En resumidas es una pésima atención
Terrible service. Cashiers with zero education and cheats today I went with my card one expired yes but not because of me but because Banamex has not sent me the new one and the cashier I take it with traps, they are a customer service is very slow I do not know why they do not put another window for this procedure. In short it is a lousy attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mí personal experiencia, es un excelente servicio, son muy amables y tienen mucha consideración con las personas de la tercera edad y minúsvalidos. Solo la atención de servicio a clientes, como en todos, es lento. Por lo demás me parece excelente. Esta sucursal es muy concurrida, deberían ampliarla y poner más personal en las cajas.
For me personal experience, it is an excellent service, they are very friendly and have a lot of consideration for the elderly and handicapped. Only the customer service attention, as in all, is slow. Otherwise I find it excellent. This branch is very busy, they should expand it and put more staff in the boxes.
