Muy eficiente, el servicio es el mejor y te dan alternativas para tus solicitudes, dentro de Patio Santa Fe y de fácil acceso. Abierto los sábados para todos aquellos que no pueden asistir entre semana. Muy recomendable. De fácil acceso y con bastante transporte cerca.

Aquí en google dice que cierran a las 5 p.m. y llegue 4:30pm y que desde esa semana cambiaron sus horarios y cierran a las 4p.m. y el cajero para hacer depósitos, ni servía!! Actualicen sus horarios online!!! No se necesita ser una eminencia para hacerlo! Y arreglen sus cajeros mínimo.

Hice un pago a una tarjeta de crédito, y el cajero no me devolvio 50 pesos, fui con un ejecutivo y no quizo devolverme, que hasta el 11 noviembre 21, además eso de los puntos es un engaño, porque cumplen con lo que te prometen.

Tienen un pésimo servicio a cliente. Nunca he ido sin tener que esperar mínimo hora y media para un vendedor y 25 minutos para ventanilla. Su personal es muy lento y poco proactivo a resolver los problemas. Ponen muchos peros y no saben resolver un problema simple. Me decepciona mucho y salgo de malas cada que voy. Si pueden ir a otra sucursal háganlo. No pierdan su tiempo en esta sucursal.

Son malísimos, más de media hora esperando a que me atendieran, el banco vacío y los cajeros y los de atención al cliente jugando entre ellos. Sólo se me acercó uno para venderme un seguro.

El servicio es regular. Si bien un día te puedes tardar 20 minutos otros días te tardas hora y media. Lo malo es que no puedes saber cuando. Los ejecutivos se tardan mucho en atenderte. Nunca e ha gustado que solo tengan 2 cajeros automáticos.

Pésima experiencia al querer abrir una cuenta para recibir mi nómina, un día te dicen que sin problema la abren y al siguiente que ocupas depositar para activarla, que sino no la puedes usar ni la app ?, sin duda me recuerda porque cancele tarjetas con ellos anteriormente.
